16th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Hunters were dealing with the property I was purchasing. Being the buyer I wasn't expecting much communication with Hunters throughout the process. However they made contact with me every step of the way to keep, they provided me updates from both solicitors, they advised me when documents were handed in. The level of communication ensured I was fully aware of where we were in the process, it really helped me feel involved and confident they were doing everything to keep the chain stress free as smooth. They were very friendly and professional. If I was to ever move again I would use Hunters as my agents.

Keith was extremely helpful on the initial valuation in the office I delt with Ann, Emily & Keighley and they were also great. I’d recommend after having a few valuations on my house I’d tell anyone in my area to use Robinsons. Thanks so much
17th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I had such a fantastic experience with this estate agent. Sophie, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As I’m new to the area, the whole process could have felt quite overwhelming, but she really went out of her way to make everything feel easy and reassuring. She has this rare ability to make you feel like you are her only client, always giving you her full attention and making you feel genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. She was incredibly polite, highly professional and always went above and beyond. Every time I spoke with her, she made what can often be a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend who was truly invested in helping me find the right home and settle into a new area. All of the team were also lovely whenever I called, but Sophie really stands out as an exceptional asset to the company. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her and the level of service she provides. I would highly recommend them and especially Sophie, to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

Special mentions to the lady who turned up at viewings for us and also the lovely team answering the phones. Gina, i'm sure went above and beyond her duties to find information for me and keep me abreast of what was happening. If you are looking for an estate agent for either selling or buying Good Life have the friendliest team and honestly 5 stars is not enough.

Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.

1st Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.
