25th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

From booking a property valuation, through to completion of the sale, everyone we dealt with was friendly, but professional & efficient. We were pleased with the sale price they achieved for us, & with the help of the solicitors that Mellor & Beer recommended, the sale went through smoothly & we were guided & kept informed throughout the process.

Constant and regular communication throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

There was no service and ended my contract prior to the expiry day with no fees because of their poor service. AVOID!

1st Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. Unfortunately it's the complete experience that was a let down.

5th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.
12th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Awful company! I rent through a different estate agents but the building I live in is managed by Craven Wildsmith. They send the most unprofessional people who look like they're on day-release from somewhere or doing community service. Swearing, shouting, urinating in the communal gardens and make sexual remarks to the tenants living there. A bit worried to leave my home unattended when they're around in case they break in and steal anything - I wouldn't trust them. They send window cleaners, gardeners, maintenance people without any notice. Being on the ground floor and working nights, this is a recipe for disaster! Being woken up by leaf blowers, strimmers etc. after working all through the night. Also, during day shifts I am working from home, it's not ideal for me to be taking calls from customers with people swearing and shouting outside. Not all of us in the building are renters, some are home owners who aren't paying towards this either which is another issue. Absolutely no respect for the people living in the buildings. These are peoples homes not just a commercial building.

17th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)we were approached by Elite, who sold our property with tenant in situ prior to advertising. They seem to have handled thing very professionally and it has been a pleasant experience.
