25th Mar 2025 (28 days ago)I have recently completed on the sale of my property in Poole. I was on the market with one company for a year and the property drew little interest. I changed agents to Winkworths in Poole who I would now happily recommend to anyone selling their property. They were very professional throughout the process keeping me well informed. When there were problems or changes of buyers as occurred they were extremely proactive as a Team to ensure a sale and positive conclusion.
4th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

From the viewings right through to completion they were so helpful and always kept us up to date with progress and also helped us overcome some hurdles. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all.
