Lynn really put me at ease and looked after everything, making the whole process so much easier than expected. My property sold extremely quickly and well above the asking price. I really can't thank Lynn enough for all her help.

9th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)I immediately liked Property Connections as I didn’t feel like I was pressured into going with them. I also was impressed Chris had more knowledge of sales in the area than the other agents I saw. From there, everything moved at a pace I was pleased with, and I accepted an offer within 8 days of going on the market. I especially like the walk through feature that Property Connects offer, and the ability to get measurements and clear the room from this feature would have come in handy for me planning my onward purchase. Chris and the rest of the staff have also been nothing but friendly, helpful and generally great to deal with.

5th Nov 2025 (10 days ago)I would 100% recommend Neilson’s to buy and sell your home. Everyone in the team was very professional and friendly. A special mention has to be made to Kirsten for excellent sales negotiating, and to Stephanie for conveyancing my house purchase under pressure. A massive shout out to Arlene who did the conveyancing on my house sale. It was a very challenging situation, and she went the extra mile to ensure it progressed on time. I had complete trust in her to keep me up to date. Hoping to never have to move house again, but if I do I will definitely be using Neilsons!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
31st Oct 2025 (15 days ago)I have been wirh Mavor & Co for the late 5 years. They have been great with everything they do; including sorting problems tenants have quickly, keeping me in the loop about tenancy applicants, also up to date with inspections. Also if you are new to the property ladder I strongly recommend Mavor & Co as they are extremely explanatory if needed! Great all round family business????

I now know of 7 people this EA has talked into selling their homes in the Polmont area in the lady 18 months and went on to sell to her own family and friends and did not disclose the relationship, her own house was included ! Mostly vulnerable people . Please do your research on who you are selling your home too and please do your own viewings . If you need evidence or to know some home truths you can get in touch with me on here.

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.

Hometown Estate Agents has a particularly stylish and user friendly website. Sinead, the owner of the Agency, is helpful, friendly, highly motivated and professional. Her marketing strategy was absolutely on point. She listed our property online on Friday and it was sold by Tuesday! 6th Nov 2025 (9 days ago)I would have no problem in recommending Carol Lawton from Remax Estates Linlithgow....from the word go she was on hand 24/7 to reassure me, even during her holidays! The pictures taken of my apartment and video were excellant....so much so I sold on first viewing. I had previously considered other selling agents , but on talking to Carol we clicked straightaway, she has a wealth of knowledge and is highly respected in her proffession. Hopefully I wont be selling anytime soon....but if I was...there is no doubt I would use Carol to guide me.
