17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

Discussing a realistic sale price for our property enabled us to consider what we could afford to purchase. The final figure was within the range they discussed with us. Viewings were quickly off the mark and after being let down by the initial buyer, we had another buyer within a couple of days of going back on sale. Good communication, realistic pricing and good sales knowledge of the area meant that we were pleased to have asked JR Properties to sell our property. George and Jean Hatchman

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

13th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

After my parents passed away and I was left to sell the family home of 47 years, Peter and him team dealt with the matter with in a highly professional manner. 25A High Road, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, EN10 7HX(18 reviews)12th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)My brother had used Reynolds Salter on a previous occasion, so when we were selling our late mother's property under probate, we called David Reynolds to value the property and suggest a marketing plan, along with two other agents. David suggested a guide price valuation, followed by an open day for viewings, as he felt this would generate the best offers; we decided to go with them as sole agent. In the end we had 14 viewings over two open days and 6 offers above the guide price. We accepted the best offer with the shortest chain rather than the top offer, and this meant the sale was completed quickly and easily. I would recommend Reynolds Salter to anyone as highly professional advisors with a keen sense of the state of the market, and their experience in positioning our property was perfect.

18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)AVOID !! Only giving one star because there isn't a zero star option. These guys took a holding deposit from us then took two weeks to confirm that the property was ours. When we asked 2 move in two weeks later than the original date they said no. When we asked for our deposit back they said no. Communication was absolutely abysmal throughout. I found the manager Nick to be mostly unavailable, did not respond to texts and emails for days and days and was quite rude when he finally did. 100 percent would NOT recommend.
