We initially spoke with several agencies and spent around six months looking before making a decision. Ali was the only one who never gave up. He consistently arranged viewings, kept us fully updated on new properties coming to market, and stayed patient despite all our changing requirements. In the end, he found exactly what we were looking for. His experience really shows, and we felt completely confident that we would secure the right property through him. If you’re looking in Finchley Central, he’s definitely the agent to go to.

We receive an excellent service and as a family-run business, they bring a personal, ethical and professional approach to everything they do. I mainly deal with Sue and Jaden who are both extremely professional, approachable and efficient, but the whole team is helpful, responsive and easily contactable. The management of our block from major projects to gardening and cleaning is seamless and they certainly make my life as Director easier! Highly recommended and thank you Hamilton Chase!

Every member of the team we had the pleasure of dealing with was professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Mina, Stephanie, Seta, Omid, Rebecca, and Parvez (to name just a few) were always on hand to guide us through each stage of the process. At the last stage, Mina’s persistence in chasing solicitors on our behalf was invaluable in helping get the sale over the line on schedule. Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. So many other agents said “yes it’s pet friendly”, we put in an offer, and we were then told it’s not pet friendly. Overall an absolute nightmare! Finally found a great place with KFH! Our agent was Randall who was super responsive, quick to do everything and just a really nice guy. Our flat is amazing, within budget and in a great condition. Overall I am so happy and relieved that I found KFH!

From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
