Lee is a relatively new addition to the team, and he has been a fantastic one.<br><br>He has taken care of issues for me in a way I haven’t experienced in the past. He’s extremely responsive, proactive, and has a real “get things done” mentality. Rather than just acknowledging a problem, he follows it through and makes sure it actually gets resolved, usually very quickly.<br><br>Lee has genuinely been one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. Thank you for your continuous support and for making such a difference.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I was helping my dad to sell his house, and a friend recommended them as they had recently used them when selling their property and told us that they were really good.<br><br>We looked a few different agents and chose Phillip Alexander because from the first visit they were professional and provided honest advice.<br><br>Bradley and Dominika were absolutely brilliant, they listened to all our needs. They kept us informed throughout the whole process.<br><br>The initial buyer pulled out last minute, and the team found a new buyer less than two weeks later! 10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)This review is specifically only for Kevin, who I would wholeheartedly recommend based on my personal experience of working with him over many years.<br><br>Kevin was the estate agent who originally helped us purchase this house, so when it eventually came time to sell it, there was really only one person we wanted to deal with. By then, Kevin had moved to a different company, but we wanted only him again because of the excellent experience we had with him when we bought the property.<br><br>Selling the house was particularly challenging because I was not in the country, but Kevin made the entire process remarkably straightforward. He coordinated everything from arranging viewings and collecting keys to organising the required surveys, liaising with neighbours and dealing with all the practical details that needed to be managed locally. I always felt that things were being taken care of, even though I was thousands of miles away.<br><br>What sets Kevin apart is his approach. He is incredibly professional, calm and accommodating without ever being pushy or forceful. He listens, gives realistic advice about pricing and timelines, responds promptly and appropriately to emails, and genuinely makes you feel that he is working with you rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>There is one phrase of Kevin’s that has stayed with me over the years. Whenever you asked him to do something, his response was invariably, “Leave it with me.” And that is exactly how you felt dealing with him—you could leave it with him and trust that he would sort it out.<br><br>From helping us buy the house to helping us sell it years later, Kevin has been consistently excellent. Finding him again specifically to sell our property was one of the best decisions we made.<br><br>A true gentleman, highly professional and exceptionally reliable. If you are looking for someone who will guide you properly, communicate honestly and take the stress out of the process, I would wholeheartedly recommend Kevin.

Very clear communication and we especially appreciated their email communication meaning every step was logged. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
13th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Based on our experience ,we would highly recommend Petty Son and Prestwich.<br>Catherine who came round to value our house was friendly and professional .Her calm approach helped us initiate the process of selling.<br>Fay who supervised the viewing day took on board all the important details of the house that needed to be passed to potential buyers and ensured the day resulted in many offers.<br>Elaine and Janine ensured that the sale progressed keeping us updated and responding quickly to our questions.<br>Overall we found that the whole process went very smoothly and was relatively stress free.<br>Thank you to the whole team who helped us from start to finish,such that we sold our house a few days after it went on the market.

Although it was quite a slow process with the buyer, the girls were great at their jobs, supportive and always available to answer questions. There were many calls and messages between us, so appreciated the frequent communication even if it was for a quick catch up. I valued how they kept close contact with solicitors on both sides, chasing up and updating with any progress.<br>Thanks Alpa and Stella for being so positive, for all your hard work and getting the sale sorted

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up. I’d happily recommend them - and Jeremy in particular!
