Friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable. The aspect I was most impressed with was the communication, he kept me up to date every step of the way with phone calls and emails. Thank you Rocco

He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process of buying a property smooth. He was very supportive and for a first time buyer it was very welcomed. Phil goes above and beyond and will always respond to calls and messages even on his day off or whilst on holiday! First class service from an experienced mortgage adviser. We knew Andy as reliable, professional and someone who doesn’t let the ball drop and he didn’t disappoint. If it hadn’t been for Andy’s diligence, determination and attention to detail, our chain may have fallen apart a number of times. Thank you Andy for the fantastic and professional service!
6th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Can’t thank Charlie and Alfie enough for all of their help! They went above and beyond to get the job done and make sure we were happy throughout the whole process. From the minute we met Charlie we were made to feel confident and at ease with selling our house. He knew it was our first time selling and he never done anything without explaining fully to us how the process works. I can honestly say Charlie was our saving grace in our whole move, any time things would feel slightly stressful he would give us the reassurance we need, chased up every last thing that needed sorting, ended up doing other people’s jobs just to speed up the process for us. Alfie kept us in the loop after every viewing, never failed to keep us updated and was happy to take every call and answer any questions we ever had. Thank you both soooo much , can’t recommend you enough!

22nd Sep 2024 (15 days ago)I recently sold my property through Morgan Alexander. I was really impressed by Westley and his approach - he knows the local area well, does what he says he will and had a very realistic view on how to market my property and what I could expect for it. He kept in regular contact with me through the process and within a week had found a buyer who offered the amount I wanted. It was very smooth throughout. I felt that other (bigger) local agents who I also spoke to initially just wanted to give their spiel about how great they were and why they were better than the smaller agents - when in fact Morgan Alexander were a lot more positive about what they could do for me and actually take a very modern approach using social media to get more interest in their properties. Westley and everyone else in the team who I dealt with were professional and helpful throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling or buying in Hertford and beyond. Thank you for making a stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.
11th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)They took the deposit and rent payment from my friend and 4 days before moving date they told they can't give the house. She almost became homeless. They didn't even give back the rent and said they can't give back the holding deposit. It's daylight theft. Other agencies doesn't do this. Only moving place. The agent name was aropa or something. Even if you don't have a house, ask other agency or move to a different place and never go to moving place because they take money from you and you won't even get the house. They should have told they can't give the house first itself.

19th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)This company is our new managing agents and I cannot believe the extremely efficient, polite service I received as soon as I called about my washing machine which had broken down. The following day, an engineer was sent to me, machine fully broken. Engineer wrote a report, three days later I had a brand new, great brand of washing machine delivered and fitted. I was kept up to date with all details including delivery times via text or phone calls. None of the flats I have lived in before have ever been so caring and professional and I cannot recommend Stretton's property management highly enough. Chris was the gentleman who took care of everything so a huge thank you to him. What. Breath of fresh air !!!!! ?????????????????????
