16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)We had talked to Rocco about selling the empty bungalow that we inherited, but then a neighbour said that he wanted to buy it direct. Rocco called now and again to see how things were going. The neighbour messed us around for a year before we decided to call it a day and put it back on the market. We had a few agents come and look at and they all said that house prices had gone down and properties weren't moving. Then, while we were clearing out the property I got a call from Rocco asking how the sale was going. I told him that we were putting it back on the market and that we were at the property. Rocco came straight over to see us. Had a look around and said "Yeah, I can sell this". The next day I got a call from Rocco saying that he had a viewer. Over the next couple of weeks we had quite a few viewings, sometimes 2 a day, and one of those made an offer, which with the help of Rocco we negotiated and accepted. Throughout the sale process Rocco kept in touch with updates from the buyers, and he also helped liaise with our solicitors. I would definitely highly recommend Rocco and the team at William H Brown, Hoddesdon

13th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I didn't even purchase through them and just arranged a viewing. Was such a pleasure to arrange a viewing and kept it so straight forward. Such a breath of fresh air when there are estate agents that take pride in what they do and realise the impact it has on the day to day individuals who are going through a stressful period to secure or sell a house. Freddie thank you for taking pride in the work you too and going the extra length.

Even when there were hiccups, he kept us informed and responded immediately (even when he was on holiday with his family!) His service, in our opinion, is far superior to other local agencies. It was always professional, respectful and courteous. Our family cannot recommend him highly enough. We never felt he was just chasing his commission, something that others in his business are not very discreet about. Thanks a million, Matt

Initially, I contacted them to get the tree maintained and then to fix the fence on the 14th May. I was asked by the company to source a quote myself, which I did. However, after arranging for a professional to start the repairs, I was told the quote was too expensive. They then promised a like-for-like fence using someone cheaper that they sourced. I feel upset and frustrated as I've had to keep chasing this issue. The damaged fence is an eyesore, and not one person from the company has come out to look at it. I have had no updates and had to chase them again. It seems that unless they're making money, they're not interested in resolving issues. I hope this review prompts the company to understand the importance of maintaining properties and addressing concerns, not just focusing on profit. Their brand should reflect quality service at all levels.

Despite a few bumps along the way, Westley consistently went above and beyond to help me resolve any issues. He was always just a phone call away, even outside of regular hours. These guys are fantastic, and I highly recommend them for buying or selling your home. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for all your help, chaps!

We were moved flats into one with a higher cost due to the previous tenants deciding to return, which was an inconvenience and feels as if they should've been asked first, but other than that, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend moving places. Edit: Just moved out after spending my 2nd year of Uni in one of Moving places' properties and I am glad to report that it was a pleasant experience. Throughout the ending months of the tenancy, Dev was very helpful and saved us tons of money and hassle, keeping what would usually be a stressful part of a rental contract, nice and relaxed. Thanks again to moving places, Emma and Dev for your help.

17th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Dodgy business practice with Andrew entering flats without permission from renters. Exceptionally rude and entitled attitude. The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!
