Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. We have just moved into our new home (February 2025) and Bond Oxborough Phillips at Great Torrington were our estate agents. From start to finish, which was 3 months, they were impeccable in keeping everything moving and everyone informed. Howard did a fantastic job of showing us around the property, securing the agreed price and keeping everything on track. Well done and thank you Howard!
