1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Great assistance from Miller Town and Country. The Agent who met me, was early for the viewing which worked well as I was early too. There was no pressure from them at all and highlighted the very positive aspects of the property. However, it was not quite for me. Nonetheless, the Agents took details of my requirements and sent through further properties for me to consider.

After deciding to sell our equestrian property in 2023 we had three agents do a market appraisal, and we placed our trust in D. R. Kivell Country Property. We had an initial influx of viewings and Geoff and the team kept us up to date with the proceedings throughout, we sold and moved to our new property spring 2024, and would not hesitate to recommend this country property estate agent, great service throughout. Todd went above and beyond by staying after the branch closed to show me and my partner around a property after we finished work. We did end up purchasing this property and we have had amazing support along the way with weekly updates and the branch has made sure both me and my partner are happy with everything along the way ! I would definitely recommend using the team at fulfords as they have exceptional customer service and have helped us so much with our purchase !

14th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.
24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A great team effort from Kivells in Bude that made every aspect of the sale of our property simple and relatively stress-free. Very professional advice, personable and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A few stand-out examples: Jack helped greatly with initial marketing advice, the creation of the sales particulars, progressing the viewings and ultimately negotiating our sale with the buyer. The drone footage was great, a side of the property we’d never seen! Sharron was amazing in her role as Sales Progressor, acting as the key between all the parties in our sales chain. Everything was properly kept in control and she really made sure our interests were strongly protected, particularly when we had difficulties finding a local property to rent whilst our new-build is completed. I don’t think we would have been able to solve the problems without her expert help. Absolutely a key aspect of the process! Communications and guidance were regular, clear and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully. Mark and his team all pulled together and ensured everything went smoothly. We were kept informed every step of the way from viewings to offers and were always given good advice. Stags were willing to go the extra mile by checking on the property as we live some hours away and they even did the final meter readings for us - most appreciated! The staff were always welcoming whether in person or over the phone and we would highly recommend them.

This included clear advice so that I could understand my obligations, the necessary checks and inspections and the letting agreement itself. They did an excellent efficient job, communicating well with myself and tenants throughout the process and staying within their original budget estimate. They delivered great value for money and I can thoroughly recommend BOP to anyone with property to let in the Torrington area.
