Mica, Toby, and Tod made it very simple for us as we purchased our Duke of Bedford Cottage. I cannot fault them, And all 3 of them are so nice to talk to. Thank you Mica and the chaps. 5th Mar 2025 (23 days ago)I can't rate Steven's highly enough. We purchased our home through them. On our first viewing James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and put us at ease. During the purchase Hannah was a shining light in what was an emotionally draining experience. She was so responsive and her customer service was excellent. When viewing the home during the process May was so lovely, and showed genuine interest in our future plans for the property, and shared local knowledge. When we picked up they keys we were greeted by Hannah and presented with a very thoughtful gift, a really lovely touch. This was our first home together so this moment was very special.

The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.

He consistently chased the conveyancers, sellers and us to make sure things were progressing on time and kept both parties updated with regular calls, ensuring everyone was in the loop. Their proactive approach really helped move things forward. We have bought and sold few properties in the past, but their service is by far the best I have experienced so far. Highly recommend their services!

Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful way above and beyond. Our solicitors were very poor and their comms terrible, if it hadn't been for Jackie our purchase might well have fallen through. I would not hesitate to recommend Kivells to a buyer or seller. 11/10.

It was great to be able to call or text and get a prompt response, which is something we were unable to achieve with our previous agent. They were able to sell our property but we did unfortunately take a significant hit. We would have preferred to have achieved more from the sale but we’re pleased to have sold to a couple who fell in love with our home which is great to know as we have invested time, money and love into it during our decade of ownership. Thank you to the team for supporting us in our move!

We have just moved into our new home (February 2025) and Bond Oxborough Phillips at Great Torrington were our estate agents. From start to finish, which was 3 months, they were impeccable in keeping everything moving and everyone informed. Howard did a fantastic job of showing us around the property, securing the agreed price and keeping everything on track. Well done and thank you Howard! Then Helen was equally professional and diligent in keeping the whole sales process moving along, working with us, the vendor's, our estate agent for our sale, solicitor's and surveyors. Always ahead of the game and in complete control. Well done Helen and thank you. It was very noticeable that the whole office work as a team, all extremely good at their job. DJR staff were professional, knowledgeable and diligent throughout the whole process and kept us informed right the way through. Impeccable customer service. We cannot recommend them enough. Definitely a 5 star service.
