Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. 5th Mar 2025 (23 days ago)I can't rate Steven's highly enough. We purchased our home through them. On our first viewing James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and put us at ease. During the purchase Hannah was a shining light in what was an emotionally draining experience. She was so responsive and her customer service was excellent. When viewing the home during the process May was so lovely, and showed genuine interest in our future plans for the property, and shared local knowledge. When we picked up they keys we were greeted by Hannah and presented with a very thoughtful gift, a really lovely touch. This was our first home together so this moment was very special.

He consistently chased the conveyancers, sellers and us to make sure things were progressing on time and kept both parties updated with regular calls, ensuring everyone was in the loop. Their proactive approach really helped move things forward. We have bought and sold few properties in the past, but their service is by far the best I have experienced so far. Highly recommend their services!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful way above and beyond. Our solicitors were very poor and their comms terrible, if it hadn't been for Jackie our purchase might well have fallen through. I would not hesitate to recommend Kivells to a buyer or seller. 11/10.

All the way through the process from first viewing, making offer, visiting for measurements Will has been amazing. The team has always responded to any queries quickly as possible when raised. They even managed to get hold of our estate agents when they failed to respond to us directly. All of the service was above and beyond and would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling a property. As for Will he went above and beyond for us visited many different properties and was always available when needed.

DJR staff were professional, knowledgeable and diligent throughout the whole process and kept us informed right the way through. Impeccable customer service. We cannot recommend them enough. Definitely a 5 star service.

19th Mar 2025 (9 days ago)GTH in Barnstaple were the estate agents selling the property we fell in love with and recently completed the sale on. My experience of estate agents hasn’t always been positive but our experience with GTH was nothing but positive. From the very beginning, it was easy to organise viewings which were convenient for us and were always happy to organise additional viewings. Once we were sale agreed, we dealt mostly with Curtis who was brilliant at communicating, was kind and accomodating with any questions or queries we had. However, if ever Curtis wasn’t available and we spoke to the other staff at GTH, they were all very helpful. Buying a house, they say, is one of the most stressful things you do in your life but this process with GTH was incredibly stress free and I couldn’t recommend GTH enough. Thank You Curtis and all at GTH Barnstaple for helping us buying our wonderful home.
