Really knowledgeable, very confident and it felt like they were really passionate about our house, which is what you want when they are selling it. I felt like they were open and honest with everything and we could get hold of someone any time we needed to. They also seem very proactive, chasing up the sales progression when needed.

Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. 30th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Unfortunately despite two firm offers, both buyers pulled out. Nothing to do with the agents, but I feel they could have nutured them more. Otherwise all fine, reasonable charges, good attended viewings etc. Ideal if you have lots of acres, which I don't.

4th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
