Really knowledgeable, very confident and it felt like they were really passionate about our house, which is what you want when they are selling it. I felt like they were open and honest with everything and we could get hold of someone any time we needed to. They also seem very proactive, chasing up the sales progression when needed.

Isabel Clifton was our main point of contact and managed things with great professionalism from start to finish. She provided a realistic and accurate indication of valuation and, together with the team, dealt with initial marketing, viewings and negotiations extremely well.

10th Jun 2024 (17 weeks ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.
28th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)I don't think my property was in the right value bracket for Stags to make much effort. No offers and very few viewings. Main salesman very rarely returned calls. We had to make suggestions on how to market the property Stags not proactive
