1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.
31st Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We used the Tiverton office of Stags to sell a modest 2 bedroom semi which they had previously for us. We assumed they might not be interested in selling such a type of property but Jacob and his colleagues were keen to act and did an excellent job to obtain the full guide price and then kept us posted the whole way through the legal process.

15th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open. Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!

4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
