20th Aug 2024 (27 days ago)Because I live away from North Devon, it was purely a series of emails being received, detailing the date, time and name of your client. This was followed by periodic updates of how the visit was perceived. We were continually briefed by members of your staff and hence constantly kept in the loop. Am just now waiting to hear from the buyer. Thank you for your assistance with the sale of mum's bungalow.

Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
