2nd Dec 2024 (2 days ago)My contacts through the sale were Simon and Gail. Simon did an accurate valuation and the initial work with the purchasers. Gail did the chasing due to a great degree of ineptitude displayed by those working for the purchasers.

9th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have rented my property through Harris and Co for over 20 years. The service has always been exceptional. I moved south 8 years ago and Lewis has managed my property. He has been amazing, always deals with issues quickly, recently we had to have a new boiler and the tenant was only without heat for 1 day. He’s an absolute gem, courteous, kind and a good listener! If you need your property managing, you couldn’t find better! Thank you Lewis
16th Nov 2024 (18 days ago)Not using them anymore. Disappointed that viewers sent to us did not have the budget. They need to do more checks on potential purchases. Would have been much better if owner had sent a professional photographer instead of himself who is no David Bailey! Photographs of a property are so important as most people look on line rather than walk into an Estate agents. Staff were really nice to deal with not a problem with owners staff.

8th Nov 2024 (26 days ago)Managing some flats. Advised them in May 2024 to terminate tenancy failed to do it now 6 months later they still have not done it. Allowed tenant to damage my property and done nothing about it. STAY AWAY from these cowboys AWFUL service.Absolute Rubbish.
11th May 2023 (1 year ago)I was a tenant for six years and the landlord had to sell so I was asked to leave. At first Tiger staff seemed ok and very helpful but then, I started to feel they were quite unhelpful and especially with communication. I had to chase queries up for updates on the dampness problem I had and the boiler issue when it went on fire!. I felt that I was a nuisance. When I left the property they said they would email me properties that came on the renting market but they never did. Truly not a very good letting agency all round. Also, they did not acknowledge receipt of rent payments.. rude ! Go elsewhere.

MoveHolmesLTD and my landlord were brilliant to allow me to move into a flat. Throughout my tenancy they have been attentive and friendly to any questions i had during my time as we all have to start learning somewhere! Would definitley reccomend MoveHolmesLTD and use them again! Thanks again guys!

22nd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We've just finished the process of buying our first home, and it’s been quite the experience - unfortunately, not in a good way, thanks to Duncan Raistrick Estate Agents. They have been, without a doubt, the worst estate agents my partner and I have ever dealt with. Their customer service team is incredibly rude, and the agent showing the properties didn’t even give us the full 30-minute slot we booked, leaving 20 minutes in and locking up behind them! We put in offers on two properties, slightly below the asking price, and were made to feel foolish for even considering it. If you're thinking about buying or selling a property, steer clear of Duncan Raistrick - I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. On the other hand, if you're looking for a great team to work with, we highly recommend Butson Real Estate. They give you plenty of time during viewings and have the best customer service we’ve experienced!

The whole process was easy and very good communication the whole way with the team even when my circumstances changed. Antony and Lauren were amazing and I can't thank them enough for all the help they have done to get me into a new place. Thank you.

15th Nov 2024 (19 days ago)Exceptionally helpful in every step of the process, from valuation to helping push things forward when there were delays from other parties. Communicated regulatly, explained jargon, helped direct us to where we might find info, and were also available outside of your standard 9 - 5, which was invaluable! I almost want to sell another house!?... if only everyone we'd dealt with was as brilliant as Lily, Rob and the whole crew at LVE.
5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
