As last time, Emma was very professional, pleasant and always at the end of the phone giving valuable advice to achieve the best possible outcome from our sale. She arranged everything at very short notice and the flat was marketed and sold within 2 weeks! Thank you Emma for your support and guidance, truly fabulous service from Allen & Harris Estate Agents all round and I would not hesitate to recommend to others!

As a genuine buyer, the expectation to a Property have set to the peak and asking rate is more than 15% of the Home report, which would be £70000 out of the pocket, who gives you that for a 3bed property. Whatever so called school catchment be, At this market, inflation, mortgage situation, still they set the properties more than unimaginable. Be Sensible and Be Responsible. Please do not fool around.

24th Jan 2025 (24 weeks ago)God's grace,have a good review with smartmove so far.Inspections on time,any repairs -had 2 done on time. regarding application for the house: it was all done through righmove,document submission, referencing, verifications etc. So far ,they are good. June 2024
14th Mar 2025 (17 weeks ago)We moved one week ago and I have given time for the dust to settle before writing this review; however I still feel it would be inaccurate for me to give more than one star. As the buyer you definitely feel you are not as important as the seller. Having viewed in August and being unable to view our property again till the day after missives were concluded added to the stress of the move. We haven't considered reaching out to them regarding some issues we've had since moving in to the property as they had no intention of helping us throughout the process. Possibly a good agent for the seller though.

I had to sell my mother’s house to pay for her care home and Nicol’s expert team were so supportive during the whole process. Their expertise and knowledge was invaluable, the house sold in a timely manner for a very good price. Once they sold the house they liaised with lawyers, and kept me up to date on the progress made. She was very helpful with anything I enquired about from picking keys up from letting agents to utility readings and much more. This was especially useful as I lived in Portsmouth.
