Lynsey was our main contact and she did a great job and keeping g communication flowing and answering any concerns we had. Would 100% use next time

I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.
24th Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)Kirkintilloch like many of their branches once they have done a deal they dont care. Went into branch Kirsten quite happily chewing the fat and not even thinking Im a professional. I am collecting keys and the Valuer listening to a colleague planning her social life instead of looking after Buyer and Seller. No that would interfere with her social life. Phoned earlier on week and everything a trial and chore. No wonder Estate Agents get a bad rep. Seriously I wish I had the luxury of doing the bare minimum. World has gone nuts time and place and standards have stayed at lowest levels ... Covid and any other excuse is the fall back. We live in a era where it would good to not have to complain and expect professionalism . Yet at no time did she think you know what this guy is stressed and buying a new house apologise . We all make mistakes and its about accountability . I may have overreacted however I am the customer and Countrywide's liveliehood is about paying customers. I sold that property via Keys in October, Countrywide did not even feature in my shortlist. They did an amazing Job sellling property for fantastic price allowing me to downsize. Its not what you say its what you do that matters .

They went through everything with great detail as I was a first time renter and didn’t really know what I was doing. They were both really friendly and answered everyone of my questions. Highly recommend Hames estate to anyone looking to rent or buy:)

We have been blown away by their service with how they handled us, especially keeping calm in somewhat stressful situations. We were never let down from Morgan or Rosscoe. Their knowledge of the market and how to navigate through potentially tricky situations always amazed me. I have no issues recommending them to any readers of this review. A massive thank you again for all your hard work, your out of hours emails to keep us in the loop and fully updated throughout the course of our sale.

I don't have the wrong company, we went to your Bearsden office to pick up the keys so we have the right listing that we are reviewing here. The fact that you say that you don't have my name on your records also shows the type of business you are running. Attached is a screenshot of the latest payment receipt via email from 'you'. Coming to the review - we intimated you of a mould issue in our residence months ago. Attached are some photos as evidence of what we are experiencing out of no fault of our own. Your contractors came once, did some exterior work that we weren't updated on and just left us in a limbo. Now we are living in one of your properties with growing mould and a serious health concern. We are calling you everyday for an update and still nothing concrete has been done. I absolutely stick to the 1 star review.- 1st Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)I would totally recommend PB as Marie and Morgan are very helpful and efficient with any queries I had. Allan Shillady, the estate agent, kept me fully informed of all that was happening with the sale, photos, viewings and the offers of the house. Allan made everything run so easy and smoothly.
