I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

14th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)Very unprofessional agents, I'd go as far as to say awful. I live abroad and I had my property with them for about 12 years. When the tenant left I had to completely gut the place. They didn't do inspections as per their contract - they blamed covid restrictions but even once they were lifted they hadn't been to inspect it. All the window handles were rusted, the flat stunk of cat pee, every light was smashed, furniture broken, curtain rails hanging off the wall, the bath smashed, the wc broken. Yes the tenant is responsible but when you pay an agency to manage your property you expect them to do just that. When I collected my keys they had the cheek to tell me I had a bad attitude :-D

Whoever you speak to, Joyce or any of her team - all very professional yet warm and understand that while buying a house is an emotive purchase, so is selling. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team - both impressed and grateful for their help.

They also acted as agents to sell the property which they completed quickly. I definitely give them all five stars and highly recommend them.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
17th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
