She was absolutely fantastic in helping me find what was within my budget, understand what steps I needed to take to get my house on the market and walked me through the entire process. I honestly didn't expect such great service from a simple enquiry call: It felt like Polly really cared about me and my house. Over our short phone conversations she poured her heart and expert knowledge into thinking about what would be best for me, my mortgage and finances and the unique difficulties of my family situation regarding my mother in-law and her unruly dog (despite me essentially being a complete stranger to her!) After speaking to Polly, I honestly felt so much better about moving and will definitely be selling and buying my house with Hunter French once I've taken the steps to get my house ready for market. I've been speaking to a lot of agents recently and I honestly cant say how refreshing it was to talk to an estate agent that took the time to treat me as an individual and not see me as a number and just another house to "flip". I would recommend Hunter French (especially Polly!) to anyone looking to sell their home. If you want an unmatched service that you just don't get these days, give these guys a call. It felt like they understood that I was selling more than just a house, I was making the decision to sell something that has been a cherished part of my family for so long and that they would help me to find the place where we'll be able to put down new roots; and not be rushed into buying and selling like most estate agents do so they can "take their cut". A+++++ Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Bath area ????

There commitment to making it work was nothing short of incredible and I always felt reassured even when times got daunting, I am beyond grateful for all their hard work! I launched on Friday and accepted an offer on Tuesday! The whole process was stress-free and very professional. I would highly recommend Savills.

The day before our move-in, our original landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the agreement, leaving us in a difficult spot. The team at Hamptons went above and beyond to secure us an alternative flat quickly and seamlessly. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our situation made all the difference, and we were able to move with minimal disruption. If you're looking for a team that truly puts their clients first, we highly recommend Hamptons in Bath. We’re very grateful for their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome - our new flat is amazing!

Totally professional. And friendly. I would not use another agency for my rental or for selling. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Highly professional and personable, the service they provided was faultless. There were a number of hurdles to overcome on both transactions and the successful conclusion of both was fundamentally down to the quality, experience and skill of Hunter French. Sam and his fantastic team will stop at nothing to take the stress out of the process and ensure you're treated like their most important client - my wife and I could not recommend them highly enough.

29th Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to come off the market. We had very few viewings (1 between January and July and one the previous year.) The viewings seemed to be done very professionally and the staff always seem very professional. However, not sure why so few viewings, if it is the market, wrong evaluation of our house or whether agents could have been more proactive.
2nd Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys
