25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)There was a hiccup with the sale when the first buyer disappeared off the face of the earth after 5 months, without announcing that he was no no longer interested in my property. When it became evident that he was unobtainable, Peter David rapidly re-assessed the situation, as the market had declined since the first advert, re-advertised it, and it attracted several more viewers, then from my acceptance of a second offer, the whole conveyancing process took 3 months. So fairly quick.

Our estate agents we were selling with were awful which highlighted quite how amazing Heidi was, she supported us through the process and was there for anything we needed and even phoning solicitors to get things moving quicker for us! Thank you!!
12th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I came to Martin@co for a property everyone I have dealt with have been polite and helpful Jack helped me with my paperwork and I felt very warm welcomed by Martin @co so thank you Jack. The lady staff are also very polite and friendly and was very helpful when I got stuck with paperwork they stopped at nothing to help me. Lovely caring company I have recommended them to some of my friends also.

I only have the one phone number, live alone, and don't have another number to give - quite a ridiculous insistence really, and she was not listening. If it's really "required" by the system then just put 123, or repeat the first number? Never had this trouble with other estate agents.

I’ve bought a house now but if I was to ever rent again I’d be looking for a property through them for ease and I have confidence in them as an estate agent! Thank you guys for everything!

The whole team have been so helpful right from the very beggining of my sale journey, fantastic communication and weekly updates throughout the process and was able to recommend a solicitor at a great price too. I've never sold a house before so being a first time seller Heidi in particular made it an extremely pleasant and stress-free experience. Thank you to everyone!

Starting with putting together a great marketing package which made our house look better than we could imagine then showing round prospective buyers and handling the resultant negotiations through to a quick sale. The whole process was as smooth as could be and we were kept informed and consulted consistently along the way. We can’t recommend EweMove enough.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!EweMove Sales & Lettings - Brighouse

Kept us updated regularly at every stage of the selling process from viewings up to completion. Thank you so much.
1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
