10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)From the moment I viewed to when I collected the keys, the team at Hunters was excellent. I have worked with them across branches, one in Sheffield and this one in Barnsley. There were regular updates and check-ins that made the process of buying relatively stress free.

Peter's great expertise of the market is second to none. It provided me with comfort and a valuation I was very happy with. Summer was particularly superb at managing the sale process. She was very attentive and knowledgable of the finer details, while also efficiently keeping the solicitors on track. Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend.
7th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t rate Daniel highly enough. He moved us into a property over a weekend because he totally understood our situation. We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service

18th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Whitegates estate agents huddersfield and Your Property Zone (The Griersons) have been harassing my sister, they illegally changed her lock while she was out without calling her or sending a letter rifled through her belongings and claimed a months rent when they intended to remove her before then. The agents at Whitegates were intimidating her and mocking her for being disabled, which after the abuse from the Griersons over the years has made her ill

11th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.

The whole team are professional, honest and ensure your move is everything you require. You are treated as an individual not just a number and they offer support and guidance at every step of your move. We were so thankful we chose Christopher's to market our home for sale and were also marketing the property that became our new home. From the moment we met Helen we knew that they were a perfect match for us. Thank you once again.

When we decided to move out of the previous property, one thing we knew for sure, that we would stick with Paisley and wait until they had a property that suited us. The reason for it is that all the staff at the Almondbury office have been relentless in providing a very positive experience for us.

Always there when I needed them and were happy to give help, advice and plenty of emotional support when required!! They made a stressful situation seamless and I would not hesitate to use Butchers again.

Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Martin personally took care of viewings and a visit from a surveyor for us. He arranged an EPC at no cost to us. We would definitely use EweMove again and would recommend them to anyone.

McArthur is a local agent, and I believe in using local businesses, so I contacted them regarding selling the property. A decision I was happy with. No silly staggered fees or additional costs depending on how long on the market. A straight forward set fee plus VAT, perfect! From the initial visit to completion they have been great and the house went under offer in less than a fortnight. couple of communication hiccups early doors hut nothing major. Definitely recommend using.

From the moment I met Kelly, I could tell how much she genuinely loved our home. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the way she immediately understood what makes our property special gave us complete confidence that we’d chosen the right agent. Then I met Laura, who came to take the photos, and wow, she’s amazing. She has captured our home beautifully and created the most stunning brochure and descriptions. Seeing the finished result honestly made us fall in love with our home all over again. I’m so impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and passion the team has already shown, even at this early stage.
