23rd Jun 2025 (16 days ago)Sold my property through Bronte Estates. Fees were low and the team were friendly – Noah in particular was helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was hit and miss — some queries went unanswered and I had to chase for updates. Completion was a bit stressful as ended up completing late in the day and handover was a bit cold. Ended up speaking to buyer directly who was flexible with move. That said, they got the job done efficiently in the end at a good price, so no major complaints.

All of the staff at Applegate Properties who I dealt with ( Amy,Claire,Hannah,Paul and Seren) were unfailingly courteous,professional and prompt. Accordingly,I would'nt hestitate to recommend Applegate Properties.

As a self-employed first-time buyer, we knew our case wouldn't be straightforward, but nevertheless Lee managed to secure us a mortgage offer and held our hand through literally every step of the process. He's been incredibly patient, always available to answer questions, and made what could have been overwhelming feel much more manageable. It's felt like having someone truly in our corner during a stressful time. Highly recommend Lee to anyone, especially those with complex circumstances!

20th Jun 2025 (19 days ago)My experience with Martin & Co Huddersfield was full of broken promises. From the start, communication was awful — emails were ignored, and important updates were never passed on. I was told certain facilities would be working and clean, but the laundry room was filthy and constantly flooded, and the lift barely worked. When I raised concerns, they acted like it was my fault for expecting basic standards. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional housing support. Disorganised, dismissive, and clearly prioritising money over tenant wellbeing.

When it comes to having repairs done he will do his utmost best to get out of having the work carried out, he will even ignore communications from you for as long as he can hoping you will just go away, my advice to anyone wanting to rent a property from these people is don’t because they treat their tenants appallingly.

Matt and his colleagues at Dawson Estate Agents have kept us informed throughout the whole process which was very much appreciated as we had not sold or bought a house for over 30 years. Fees were very competitive and I would have no hesitation to use Dawson's again or highly recommend them to anyone selling their home. Many Thanks, Steve & Janet.

They really know their stuff, ranging from exactly how to market your property, how to get a good price, and providing excellent customer service. We will definitely be using them again as they are the best in the area by far in my opinion.

I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!

I honestly couldn't speak any higher of Peter David, nothing was too much trouble for them as they always went above and beyond to provide a 5* service. I felt fully engaged and up to speed throughout the whole process. If you are on the fence on who to use for your house sale then please look no further than Peter David. A special mention and thank you to Claire, Adam and Hannah who were always happy to take my call, answer any questions and assist where possible. They are all very friendly and professional and I highly recommend!
21st Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)I chose to use ADM Residential Estate Agents as a management agent for my rental properties after first meeting Alethia quite a few years ago and being impressed with her determined professionalism and pride in her work and her company. I had multiple dealings with ADM over the years, using them to Tenant Find, but not manage my properties as i did this myself, and found their efficiency and professionalism unrivalled. They never failed to get me excellent tenants which in this business matters - a lot; they vetted them as though it were their own properties the tenants would been moving into which other agents are not always so careful to do and which can ultimately lead to a whole lot of problems. More recently I took the decision to move my whole portfolio to a Managed Service and ADM were the obvious choice. Alethia remains very much an important person as leader and owner of the business and she retains my trust and confidence, day to day however I deal with Sarah and Danielle in Lettings now who are both 1st class, confident and informed professionals who I know will manage any issues with properties, tenants and tradesmen with finesse, communicating effectively and respectfully with all sides to get things done - right. They work hard and are dedicated to delivering a quality service. They conduct thorough Property Inspections frequently to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant with lettings requirements; protecting me as a landlord from nonadherence with the law and from tenants mistreating my property, also ensuring tenants continue to have safe and well maintained homes to live in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to other landlords; I am happy with their service.

8th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Didn't manage to sell my house. Tracey was lovely buy gave me little optimism for selling the house. Where other selling agents were giving more information about the current market and how other houses were selling which helped me a lot. Couldn't arrange for someone to do viewings a few times on weekends so therefore we ended up doing our own. Eventually we thought what are we paying them for therefore trying another agent.

They were professional, helpful, friendly and communicated well throughout the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. The photographer Tom was amazing and the photographs exceeded our expectations. Tom was friendly, respectful of our home and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Earnshaw Estate Agents if you are thinking of selling your home. ??. 5* is not enough
