Viewing was arranged the next day and had an offer accepted before close of play on that day. Amber was kind and compassionate from start to finish a true asset to the business

I also had a pleasant experience with Katie. She was able to provide the relevant information during the process. She was able to answer my numerous questions without hesitation. Lastly, I would like to thank Logan for his ability to breakdown all the relevant information during the move in and provide swift solutions to my concerns.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area
8th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Would love to give them a 5 star. They do work hard in chasing up information. Yet Towards the end, we found Leanne rude & hostile. Very sad. All our removal men were shocked. They heard everything…as I had my phone on loud speaker. Our lovely buyer came to the house to reassure me. She mentioned some of the comments she made to her. Moving day is not the time to let your professional approach slip so badly. Wish I had paid them after not before. It’s not always what you say but how you say it…that causes offence.

24th May 2022 (2 years ago)After an extremely traumatic and abrasive move back to Hull from Ireland after 13 years I found a property on Poppy residential. Being in between jobs and lacking some original documentation (that was in Dublin) the staff were extremely empathetic and helpful. I can say that after building a rapport with Amy (an employee) she went well above and beyond her duties to ensure that I secured the apartment. This young lady is an asset to the company and all staff I dealt with were pleasurable. I’ve no doubt other companies would’ve turned me away and I’d be couch surfing by now. Well done to Amy and staff. Dan

The staff don’t have a clue what there talking about , you’ve got to constantly chase them up, you get told you’ve got the property then they come back a week later with you’ve not passed the checks after giving a whole week of your time and effort to trying your hardest to get you and your son a roof over your heads. Very unprofessional company . All for them selves, also lied to me numerous times and told me good lord the company that does your referencing told them I hadn’t passed the checks which wasn’t the case at all as they told me they have nothing to do with the checks all they do is send the report back to the estate agent who then decides if you’ve passed or not .
22nd Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)I don't think they contact enough buyers and the right buyers for my house, it's a large bungalow, a family house but I think they are among it at old people and the garden puts them of as it's to big.
1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

We received an offer within a few weeks which we accepted. From then it was 6 weeks and 2 days to completion and I handed over the keys to the new owner. Thankyou Rezee.

7th Apr 2025 (15 days ago)We mainly dealt with Kyle on the buyer's side. While we would have liked to arrange a second viewing to look everything over again ourselves, in the end, everything worked out as it should, and Kyle resolved many of our doubts throughout the entire purchasing process. He was also helpful with a few questions about the house's operation afterwards. I also appreciate the ladies in the office who allowed me to wait there for a while on the key collection day and offered me a cup of tea.
