31st Dec 2024 (24 weeks ago)The viewings were carried out, in the main, by accompanied viewers rather than the sales team which I was not advised of at the beginning of the process which meant limited connection was made between any potential buyers and the sales team. Feedback and response to queries was slow and I often felt I was chasing the team.

13th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Bramleys went above and beyond to support us buying our house and also did a better job chasing everything up with the sale of our house which was via another estate agents. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.

Oliver and the team did a great job making the process smooth and transparent, answering our questions with confidence and getting the answers to what they didnt know promptly. Great experience. Big recommend. They did take their time removing the sold sign, but that hardly warrants removing a star haha!

25th May 2025 (23 days ago)We would highly recommend the services of Dave Edkins and his son Freddie. We had a poor experience with another estate agent with a sale falling through at the last minute. We switched to using Dave and within 4 days of the house going back on the market we’d had several viewings and accepted an offer which was higher than the one we had before. Less than three months had passed when the whole process was completed. A highly professional service with good communication throughout.

Matt and his colleagues at Dawson Estate Agents have kept us informed throughout the whole process which was very much appreciated as we had not sold or bought a house for over 30 years. Fees were very competitive and I would have no hesitation to use Dawson's again or highly recommend them to anyone selling their home. Many Thanks, Steve & Janet.

23rd May 2025 (25 days ago)Absolutely shocking service from the call handler who rang me to book a viewing today! Stated she can only show 2 people around on a bank holiday Monday… I’m not quite sure where I was supposed to put my kids during this viewing when they clearly can’t be at school. Not great for an estate agent whose interests should be to find people their family home. Won’t be coming to this estate agent again.

They sold our property within three weeks after being with a competitor four months so firstly I think speaks volumes in itself! Peter David team have been absolutely fantastic, keeping you informed and go above and beyond to help you. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly recommend them to anyone selling their home. Their knowledge of property selling etc. is amazing there wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer. Claire, Hannah & Adam thank you so much for all your hard-work and dedication into selling our home and taking good care of us through our journey! You are top class, you are all absolute stars!!!

4th Jun 2025 (13 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!

She was able to put us in touch with helpful solicitors and a mortgage broker who worked very hard on our behalf.
