24th May 2026 (26 days ago)We approached Kemp and Co to buy a property and after a discussion with Peter we were very happy to also put the Sale of our current property through them. The service was fantastic from all the team from Start to finish - Christine showed us round our new home and was knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know she fed back to the office who contacted us promptly. Peter who explained the selling process and also took wonderful photos and described our current home brilliantly, Daniel who arranged and sorted our EPC as well as completing a viewing. And finally Mark the office manager always on hand for queries and some hand holding. This was the first sale and purchase at the same time for ourselves so we were quite nervous and unsure about the process and we’re incredibly grateful for all the help the team at Kemp & Co provided. Being a local family business, the personal touch really does go a long way and knowing the areas we moved from and too I believe was a huge benefit of general market oversight. Thank you again! I was dealing with Sarah Broadbent a representative from Brigfords agent, she was so great and helpful. They were available to answer all of my questions and they cooperated with me to find tenant faster time that I expected. I would like to thank Sarah for the cooperation with me.

They clearly understand what outstanding customer service looks like and deliver it effortlessly at every stage of the process. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. 1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I have been a landlord, using an agent similar to Ewemove for 11 years. Now it's time for a life change and for me to become a tenant again. If you are reading this and you are an owner looking to let your property, let me tell you I am trying to persuade my wife to switch to Ewemove, read on for why. Well this hasn't been much fun. I'm in a difficult situation and need to move. My first experience though, my first viewing was a Ewemove let. Sian Keating met me there and I immediately felt very relaxed with her, she was warm, felt caring. It seemed she wanted to hear everything I had to say. I loved the house, but unfortunately they chose someone else. Ewemove play fair. After this I viewed other properties and met other agents and private landlords. These people are having a party and it is not fair. Not at all. They hold viewings week by week by week for as long as it takes for them to fish out exactly the right specimen. It's a vile way to treat people and this has upset me. Not Ewemove. They advertise, this is where you have to try, you have to search daily for properties to come up, because if one comes up from Ewemove you need to book the viewing immediately if the property suits you. If it does you can apply and your only competition will be those who have also liked the property on that day and who also want to apply. As for the staff, it isn't just Sian Keating in that particular branch, I have spoken to others at that branch and other branches looking to rent in different areas: it always seems to be the same, the staff are always really nice to you and always do whatever they can to help. Ewemove have firmly put all other landlords and agents to shame. Thank you, and well done. I would like to add that Ewemove have now helped me into a property exactly where I wanted to live, which was looking like fantasy, because it is a popular area. I found the process difficult and very stressful, with all checks and balances, every little thing that had to be satisfactory for insurance companies. Both Sian, and this week Wendy worked very hard and spent a lot of time making this work for me. I can't thank you enough, I really mean that. I look forward to key day which is very soon.
