They clearly understand what outstanding customer service looks like and deliver it effortlessly at every stage of the process. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It is a very difficult housing market at the moment but the girls were with us every step of the way , even though it took 18 months to sell our house .<br><br>So pleased we got there in the end but the reason we did was down to<br>their professionalism and excellent support and care from Bev, Trinity, Lisa and Sam . A really quality based service.

30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)This is the second home I've sold with Red Roots, but the first time I've had Steve looking after my sale, and I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better.<br>From day one, Steve was friendly, approachable, and always on the ball. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was quick to answer any questions, and made everything feel so much less stressful. We got on so well that it genuinely felt like dealing with a friend rather than just an estate agent.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. His professionalism, communication, and support were second to none.<br><br>A huge thank you to Steve and everyone at Red Roots for all your hard work. 16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Ewe move were fantastic in helping a pair of first time buyers like ourselves to purchase our first home. Initially we enquired about a property but unfortunately had just had an offer accepted, however they recommended an upcoming property and we booked in a viewing. From the first viewing the staff were personable and friendly helping answer any questions we had. We offered on the house and got accepted, from there Steph was essential through the process, setting up a WhatsApp and being there to answer any questions. The whole process was smooth and stressless. Steph also recommended a solicitor as well as other local businesses through out the process. Definitely a great experience being first time buyers! Thanks Steph for everything! Can't wait to share some photos of our home once we do a bit of DIY ?????? Thanks again Steph and the ewe move team!

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!
