8th May 2021 (4 years ago)We had a home buyers survey carried out by Jowett's and I'd struggle to recommend them. The survey missed several fairly obvious issues, and when I asked for further information on how to improve the energy efficiency of the property as this was commented on in the report I was given very generic advice which was totally non-specific to the property. Rather disappointing.

13th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Bramleys went above and beyond to support us buying our house and also did a better job chasing everything up with the sale of our house which was via another estate agents. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.
12th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I came to Martin@co for a property everyone I have dealt with have been polite and helpful Jack helped me with my paperwork and I felt very warm welcomed by Martin @co so thank you Jack. The lady staff are also very polite and friendly and was very helpful when I got stuck with paperwork they stopped at nothing to help me. Lovely caring company I have recommended them to some of my friends also.

Oliver and the team did a great job making the process smooth and transparent, answering our questions with confidence and getting the answers to what they didnt know promptly. Great experience. Big recommend. They did take their time removing the sold sign, but that hardly warrants removing a star haha!

25th May 2025 (21 days ago)We would highly recommend the services of Dave Edkins and his son Freddie. We had a poor experience with another estate agent with a sale falling through at the last minute. We switched to using Dave and within 4 days of the house going back on the market we’d had several viewings and accepted an offer which was higher than the one we had before. Less than three months had passed when the whole process was completed. A highly professional service with good communication throughout.

Matt and his colleagues at Dawson Estate Agents have kept us informed throughout the whole process which was very much appreciated as we had not sold or bought a house for over 30 years. Fees were very competitive and I would have no hesitation to use Dawson's again or highly recommend them to anyone selling their home. Many Thanks, Steve & Janet.

21st Dec 2024 (25 weeks ago)Fantastic service throughout the process. Having bought and sold many properties over the years this sale was hassle free. I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!
4th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!

5th Jun 2025 (10 days ago)I recently had a truly outstanding experience with Earnshaw Estate Agency and I can't recommend them enough. After feeling disappointed and let down by my previous estate agency for over a year, I decided to reach out to Earnshaw Estate Agency. From the very first contact I was impressed. Joel is a breath of fresh air. He took the time to visit my home and really understand my needs. His knowledge and professionalism were absolutely outstanding. I learned more from that one meeting with him than I did during 12 months with my previous estate agency. His passion for his work and dedication to doing the job well really shone through. Thanks to Joel’s expertise, patience and honest advice, I was in the process of switching my house over to Earnshaws. Unfortunately, someone else put in an offer on my house before I was able to complete the transfer. I’m actually quite gutted about it because Joel would have truly deserved recognition for his effort and professionalism. Despite that setback, I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received and even now he still checks in that the sale is going through okay. I will definitely be recommending Earnshaws to everyone and most definetly would go to them to buy or sell future properties. If you're looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and professional estate agency, one that actually cares... Earnshaw Estate Agency is the one to trust!

She was able to put us in touch with helpful solicitors and a mortgage broker who worked very hard on our behalf.
