13th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)The open day viewings on Saturdays worked very well for us meaning that we only had viewers coming around once a week for an hour. During that hour we had on average 10 viewers each week. Valuation was spot on ensuring a speedy sale.
21st May 2021 (2 years ago)I am a landlord that's worked with Reed Rains to manage our property in East London. There has been little need for interactions over the last few years other than the odd visit and collection of rent. However, over the last 6 months, our tenants have unfortunately slipped into arrears of around £10k. Reed Rains has not managed this situation very well, there has been little effort to communicate with the tenants other than rent invoices being sent from an office 200 miles away. It was mentioned three months ago that the tenants might have vacated the property. This was only checked last week with an abandonment notice being placed on the door. Despite repeated requests to be contacted or find out who deals with the property and us as a client nothing has been done. What I have been getting is passive-aggressive emails from the team at credit control taking no responsibility and showing no empathy for the fact we are £10k in arrears with no end in sight and that we could have been better head of the problem. Again there has been no one to speak with to discuss the matter. Our experience of this company and lack of customer service here is shocking, in this case, they certainly have not operated in the best interest and on behalf of the client.
26th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Friend and Farrelly let my property whilst I lived abroad for 4 years. Following this I then instructed them to sell the property, Rob, Job and Nicole went above and beyond in the sale and lettings and I couldn't have been happier with the service. I would highly recommend them as it's a much more personal service than the larger agents both for sales and lettings.

23rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Enquired about a shop.. viewed 2 times and gave personal information about my business and was told there were a few people also looking to at the same shop.. that's fair enough.. to be honest I wasn't overly fussed it I didn't get the shop but it would of been a good location for me and my clients... I have given a 1 star review not because I didn't get the premises it's because I was told I was going to get a answer the same week and I didn't even get a response as I was no longer an interest to them... Bad customer service and to lazy to even give me a call or email.... Will now avoid any further dealings with these agents... But in the end it was a blessing in my favour..

15th Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)I usually don't write reviews, but Knights & Co definitely deserve it! I've rented a property with one of their agents back in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. Since the beginning, Hansa was super comprehensive with all my questions and concerns, from the tenancy agreement and length to a bed that broke afterwards and she managed to sort it on the same day. She promptly assisted me through the renting process, doing everything in her power to make my tenancy as pleasant as possible. If I had any sort of concern or problems with the property, I could literally just pick up the phone and give her a call no matter what day or time it was, and she would sort it out within minutes. Even when they're busy, they still give you the attention you need, and assist you in the best way they can. I am happy to say I was able have the experience to be a tenant with them, and I wish I could always be assisted by them as my Estate Agency. This is honestly the best estate agency I've ever dealt with in nearly 10 years of renting, and I couldn't recommend them more! E.g. supporting a potential buyer’s plan to rent our house for 12 months & remodel large parts of the house as they saw fit, before commirtting to buy the house! Slightly underhand attitude didn’t inspire us with trust or confidence.
