Then, unexpectedly, the seller decided not to go through with the sale, which I understood. However, the agency never followed up with me, nor did they make any effort to show me other properties as promised over the phone. Completely unreliable service—zero stars!”

Very accommodating, keeping us up to date with any updates on their side and even our need to view the property multiple times was always sorted for us. I had spoken to him on the phone first and felt comfortable talking to him We had an open day on Saturday and today is Thursday and have got more than the asking price.
