24th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Terrible estate agents put us through hell for nearly a year couldn't be bothered to do anything didn't wanna fix any problems me my 3 year old daughter and partner got moved to harlow by hackney council so woodlands was our estate agents if anything needed repairs they was meant to sort it we had no hot water or heating for nearly a year kept complaining nothing got done we had to sleep in the living room as the whole house was covered in mould and our clothes washing machine floor cooker my daughter's toys everything was ruined they told us to clean it ourselves my 3 year old now has asthma she was healthy before we moved their I had carbon monoxide poisoning due to the sever smell of mould environmental health found over 28 hazards and shut the place down only a week before we had to move due to the property being shut down they put a new boiler in after waiting nearly a year they lie they are disrespectful and rude Please if you have a property from woodlands screen emails messages take pictures because that's what we did from the day we moved in they called us liers but we had all the evidence now solicitors and environmental health are involved

21st Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Enzo, Oli, Julie & the team were amazing. Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

11th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Fantastic experience with Jacqui. If you are looking for a more personal experience then look no further. From valuation to completion Jacqui was all over it! She did a lot of the chasing and calming of sellers and vendors in the chain. She uses a professional photographer which was one of the things I loved, as I've seen some truly awful listings. She managed the open day and offers promptly and got me a buyer who actually saw it through to the end. Always there for a catch up or update. Unlike some of the other chains, she never sold my data to removal companies etc and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests, not just the commission, which by the way was also the lowest quote I got, as some of the others quoted but never mentioned that it excludes VAT. An easy 5 stars and I've recommended to friends and family.
5th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Lettings team exhibiting strange behaviours. We were asked to send our documents and a holding deposit for a property but one day later were told the property was no longer available as someone else had put a deposit down. One week later we have seen that the property is still up and available to view and the estate agents has not given us a reason as to why our original offer was suddenly declined at the last minute and they clearly lied about another individual putting a deposit down (which is also strange as we had been asked to put the deposit down so have you asked multiple applicants?)

From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. The property owner, with their kindness and cooperative nature, made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The overall environment of the house was serene and calming. The peacefulness enveloped me, allowing me to unwind after long days. Moreover, the neighborhood itself contributed significantly to my positive experience. It was a community where friendly faces greeted me, and where safety and cleanliness were evident. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental property. With its kind owner, serene atmosphere, and excellent neighborhood, it deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating.
16th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Please make sure if you are renting a property from them to take all the tiny details and pictures of the flat especially if it is an old flat. When the time comes for check out you will need to prove to get the deposit back. Be very careful. They will try and deduct money for the issue relating to the old property.

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
24th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Just moved into a new build and was left with a front door that didn’t lock for a week, still takes about 30 mins to lock at night from the inside, as a woman by herself. No hot water for a week, pipe leak under the floor No working washing machine for a week Can’t work from home because the Wi-Fi can’t be installed due to the electricity faults which is crucial for my disability. Almost zero communication, empathy or sympathy from Oliver who has ignored almost all of my messages. No apology or investigation as to why the property was even put up to rent with so many issues. No olive branch or explanations, radio silence I’m a polite, laid back person but this lack of urgency or care has pushed me to my limits. Absolute disgraceLifestyle Property Agents - Royal Docks

He’s the most responsive estate agent I’ve ever seen and you don’t often see this kind of efficiency. He did a great job getting every detail of the property I wanted and needed. Overall it was a pleasure to have a great estate agent like Lee. Definitely recommended!

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!

My sincere thanks to three of you for not wasting time and dealt carefully and transparent.

They don't make you feel like you're a loser because you don't qualify for the property. They will call you back as soon as you ask for details. I hope I can get a property to rent from them soon.
