Nothing was too much trouble. We also used there solicitors fir our sale & the purchase of our new property. We would definitely use Thorntons again & highly recommend. 19th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Haart approached my property sale with a plan that worked and my house was SSTC within a few weeks. It took me 4 months to find the right house to buy and Neil held the sale together for 6 months so I didnt lose my buyer! Neil kept on top of everything and everyone I spoke to in the office was courteous and efficient. I woukd use Haart again and highly recommend them.
15th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)The team at Whitley Parish have been great. They are friendly, given advice at every step of the way. Kept us updated with regular phone calls and they sold our house! So are now supporting us over the final process. What more could we ask! I would definitely recommend them.

18th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)AVOID THIS LAND AGENT AT ALL COSTS Unfortunately found myself in a situation where Landbridge was acting as land agent for the sale of a not insignificant asset. Their billing was utterly scandalous. They wanted an enormous % of the sale when compared to other agents, and were charging an extortionate hourly rate on top. All in they were around 100% more expensive than the going market rate. Added to this the billing was extremely opaque and arbitrary (think 1 hour to write a one line email). To call this outfit a bunch of grifters would be too kind. How they can get away with being a member of RICS is beyond me? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.
