18th May 2025 (7 weeks ago)Selling as an Executor is stressful in the best of circumstances. Matthew Cutting was brilliant from start to finish. The whole process was efficient pragmatic and personal. Any queries were dealt with immediately and the property was sold within a week of going on the market.. Matthew kept me up to date with vicissitudes of the chain and was always working to ensure a smooth completion . Well worth the money . Thoroughly recommend

Courteous and friendly to a person, we had a very good experience when selling our house near Framlingham. I’m sure this applied to people viewing and buying as well. C&S have excellent local knowledge and experience and this significantly helped with selling our very old listed property.

4th Jul 2025 (4 days ago)Even through we didn't manage to sell with cornerstone, they did manage to get us a few viewings even in this hard market. I did find it a bit challenging to get any information from them as they never kept in contact for updates, we had to chase them up each time.

Shane was fantastic — professional, responsive, and always kept us up to date. The professional photos he took made a real difference in how the property was presented, and we really appreciated the effort he put in from day one. A big thank you also to Louise, who was brilliant throughout the process. She kept everything progressing smoothly, with excellent communication across both sides and right through the chain. Her support really helped keep the sale on track. Would definitely recommend the team to anyone looking to sell the property.
28th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)Jade and Tom Mansbridge took the keys to our property for sale and rental property almost 4 months ago. We terminated the contract as we weren’t getting any response through them. It has been more than 3 months and despite several follow ups over email, text and unanswered calls they have still not returned the keys to us. I have email screenshots and text screenshots to share to prove how horrible their service is. I will never recommend Jackson & Co to anyone after this horrible service. See the screenshot of email I sent in Jan and then again in March.

15th May 2025 (8 weeks ago)Just sold my property with Grace Estate Agents and this was the 3rd time I've used them. It wasn't 3rd time lucky. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare. Empty property selling to "Cash" buyer with nothing to sell. It took 22 weeks! Nightmare. Serious lack of communication. Rude member of staff accused me of "Throwing my toys out of the pram to get my own way" and that couldn't have been further from the truth. Definitely won't be using again and not recommending them unfortunately.
19th Jun 2025 (19 days ago)I was selling this property on behalf of my aunt, who’s now in care. I chose Potters because my initial meeting with Karen just felt right. Friendly, helpful & professional the whole team worked hard to gain interest from potential buyers. It did take a long time to sell but the whole property market was slow so I held my nerve as instructed by Brad & glad I did. After each viewing emailed feedback was interesting and constructive.

When things were moving slowly, Jake was always on it – chasing things up, keeping us informed, and doing everything he could to push things along. He was always available when I needed to vent, and never made me feel like a burden – just genuinely supportive, patient, and understanding. His professionalism, communication, and overall care made a very stressful process so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Jake and Gibson & Brennan highly enough. A fantastic service from a fantastic team!
20th Jun 2025 (18 days ago)This has been our first experience of dealing with Leaders. We arranged a viewing, which was very quick and easy to do. We were met with a big smile and happy face by Darja Scerbinina at the property on arrival. Darja was very cheery, helpful and knowledgeable. She didn't rush us and let us take our time viewing the property. After the viewing, she was very helpful in negotiating a deal, answering all calls and replying to emails straight away. Further on in the process, Darja has assisted us in obtaining updates from solicitors when we were struggling for answers, which was very much appreciated.
