9th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I was acting on behalf of private clients to purchase a lovely, property through Peter Ogilvie. Peter is a good communicator which helps to keep the sales process moving along. Peter keeps me informed of new properties coming to the market that may suit my clients. I have done a number of deals with Peter in the last couple of years and my clients have all been happy with the properties and the process. He has a thorough knowledge of the area and the market enabling me to have confidence in the properties that he offers me so that I do not waste mine or my clients time. Peter is open and honest and always a pleasure to work with. Thank you.
18th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I can’t say anything more than terrible. I’ve had no viewings in 15 weeks, no communication from Connells except when I emailed or phoned them first. I don’t think they had any strategy for selling my property but I wouldn’t know because they didn’t communicate. The photos and advertising online were alright but that’s about it. I’m now in the process of changing estate agents to one recommended by a friend and they already seem to know more.
3rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Selling my house with another agency. Today get a call from Abbotts, asking me "how it's going." I enquire if I'm with them, and they admit that they know that I am not. They give the name of the agency I am with. I then ask them not to call again. The salesman ignores this and is still talking as I end the call. Yuk.
1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I would like to thank the team at Hamilton Smith, Claydon, for all their help during the sale of our mother house. This was a remote sale and the team were always at hand to answer questions and very happy to help when needed. I would highly recommend them.

1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)We have just purchased a property through Clarke & Simpson in Framlingham, specifically dealing with Oliver Johnson. We have been very proactive purchasers, pushing for as speedy a completion as possible, and Oliver has always been reachable by phone and/or email. He would always call us back as soon as possible if he was busy and communication was very good at all times of the day. Any requests we had for action, be it communication with the vendors or solicitors for example, were always carried out as soon as possible and we really felt that Oliver was working extremely diligently to ensure all parties were happy and the purchase went through as soon as possible. We have been really pleased with our dealings with Clarke & Simpson, Framlingham, and would highly recommend them.
21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I work on French carriage clocks and have bought many over the years for restoration. I just won one at LSK auctions. I do have to say that their level of service was impeccable. The clock was exactly as stated on the requested condition report. It was packed by LSK and sent using their courier service - APS. The packaging was excellent. LSK's staff were very professional and friendly. The clock was delivered within 5 days of me winning it and at a very fair courier price of £20.00. I just wish all auction houses were as responsive and professional as this one. I most certainly recommend them from my experience - thank you to all at LSK.

All the members of staff I spoke to were caring and friendly. The valuation was done with sensitivity and care. I then asked them to sell the family home, which was sold professionally and quickly. They provided me with continued support and great communication. I highly recommend Vikings estate agents and wish to particularly thank Jamie.
30th Apr 2024 (0 days ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.

8th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Shocking service. Failed to tell me my buyer's funds were subject to probate or that there was a related sale. This meant I couldn't make an informed choice. They belittled me for not using their preferred conveyancers. They made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Avoid.
15th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)The main reason we used Potters estate agent was because of the friendly almost bespoke service that you receive from them. All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond what's expected. They guided us through the sale of our father's property and made it as easy as possible, especially when the purchaser required extra confirmation regarding some issues, Karen was an excellent mediator. Adam is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process and the company Owner Bradley was there to help too. Potters are a great local estate agents.
12th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Selling my house through another local estate agent and interactions with solicitors in selling and buying process were dire . The only person who kept me sane and seemed to work on behalf of my mother and me and keep communication flowing to ensure completion of purchase was Sally Gara. She was not being paid by us but went above and beyond to help us and to keep other parties on track to secure completion even when our solicitors were taken over by another firm. I would call her our angel in helping us get through and securing a safe home for me and my 92 year old mother.
