Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. Kim
15th Dec 2024 (14 weeks ago)I've been disappointed with Hamilton smith, I rented with them and I still did not have a working shower after 1 whole year of rent, I had a continuous problem with mould that was constantly downplayed by them, the windows were not double glazed (even in 2023!) they were the original 1980s windows which had a really bad draft, I was promised on multiple occasions they would be resealed and they weren't ever done. When I initially rented the house the garden was disgusting; there was an abandoned pond full of rubbish & a garden full of weeds although I was under strict instructions to keep it cut every 3 weeks. -my neighbor in front (who also rented via them) never once cut her grass in the 18 months I was there, she left rubbish and cat food/poo all over my path, I had to cut her grass yet I lost deposit money for no given reason even after I spent over 500£ cleaning up the garden alone and fixing items in the house myself. I also found live wires left dangling in a old extractor vent, my other half was very disappointed and fixed that himself. It was a "nice" masionette in the countryside with parking but a neighbor who did absolutely nothing to take care of her property yet I felt punished for it. it was just so frustrating, I tried everything to keep it clean - to keep theassive amounts of ants from getting in constantly - to have a working hot shower - to try keep the mould out , just never got anywhere it felt like a waste of time. I really liked the house but Hamilton Smith weren't great, they didn't even turn up for inspections when they were booked costing me hours of unpaid work on several visits... They're better than Leaders that's for sure but overall not pleased in all honesty. They're a lot more organized than Leaders & seemed polite but also felt I was being talked to behind my back to the point where the maintenance man became very rude towards me even after volunteering in his own time to communicate and help me with house issues after his working hours which was very kind at least.
20th Mar 2025 (2 days ago)Fine & Country lived up to their reputation as being the market leader and go to agent for property sales in our area. The personnel in the Diss Office are seasoned professionals who know their business and were unfailingly helpful and supportive. Sue, Tania and Chris all deserve a particular mention for the roles they played in securing our sale and once it had been agreed, Julie was tireless in progressing the sale to completion. Well done all!

1st Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)They were more interested in "rushing to market", and trying to be clever with the aggregation websites, than in preparing and presenting the property in it's best possible light. And why they are fixated with taking photographs from knee level I do not know.

3rd Jun 2024 (9 mo. ago)I found them unprofessional on two or more occasions and cancelled my contract with them at the first opportunity. Since then I have moved to another Agent, but Michael’s told a potential buyer that the property was sold, although they knew perfectly well it wasn’t. That is just spiteful in my opinion.
25th Feb 2025 (25 days ago)We used Your Ipswich to sell our first home, the whole process was smooth and quickly managed from start to finish. Our home was marketed accurately and viewings were performed well around our schedule. We dealt mainly with Karl who seemed down to earth and honest and he was the main reason we went with Your Ipswich. They also had the best rates compared to other agents in our area and provided incentives for sellers which was a bonus. Would definitely use them again for our next sale.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. From the very start, she arranged a suitable viewing appointment, making the whole experience seamless. She was punctual, friendly, and had a really positive attitude, which made the viewing enjoyable and stress-free. Poppy provided clear explanations about the property and answered all my questions, not just about the place itself but also about the application process, ensuring I had all the information I needed. Her communication has been excellent, always responding to my emails promptly and professionally. Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.

After a terrible experience with another estate agent, we turned to Harris and Wood and were immediately impressed by Alfie's genuine attitude and care. He was excellent and trustworthy. We then had the pleasure of working with Jorja, who kept us regularly updated with suggestions and progress reports. Our house was sold within six weeks, compared to not selling in twelve weeks with the previous agent. The price we achieved was consistent with Alfie's initial valuation. While the sale process through the solicitors was stressful (not Harris and Wood's fault), Naomi was an absolute godsend and a true credit to the team. Her support made the entire process much smoother. Naomi is someone you definitely want on your side. I would never consider using a different estate agent. While I don't plan on moving again, if I ever do, Harris and Wood will be my only choice.
