14th May 2023 (1 year ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham- 19th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Liam and the team at Lovelle were excellent in helping us to sell our property. Their marketing of our property made the difference, especially during the current slow down of house sales.

27th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)I needed an ECP certificate, so I called the agency. The person who answered was very polite and informed me that they were currently very busy with no available slots for the following week. However, she assured me that she would call back if there was a cancellation. Three hours later, I received a call back, and they were able to come the next day to complete the process. David, who visited my house to issue the certificate, was well-mannered and carried out his work professionally and efficiently. I received the certificate in less than 24 hours.

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
