3rd Oct 2024 (20 days ago)Great deal for landlords but a complete neglect towards renters. The review has nothing to do with the way I left your neglecting services. Repairs took months, bathroom got ripped out twice in two years because you don't check your handymen credentials. The fact that the reaction to this review is talking about personal account just shows you what type of company this is, my review has nothing to do with the way I left this scam adjacent company.

Unlike the multiple location agents who don't seem to worry whether they even answer emails sent! Yes, I'd use MARK RICE again, without doubt. I suggest you consider them too.

We had previously had problems selling our house with other estate agents who promised much, but delivered little. Pygott & Crone were professional, straight-talking, and most importantly, able to help us sell our house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market.

The property was on the market with two agents, but we chose Starkey and Brown specifically after a bad experience as former renters with the other agent. Right from the first contact, everyone we dealt with was professional, honest, and diligent, and ensure things moved in a very timely manner. We'd like to give a special mention to Angie, who helped make a stressful house buying time, much easier, and it was always such a pleasure to receive a call with updates from her. 24th May 2024 (22 weeks ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)As to the reply below, I was emailed that I would get an update close of day today 18.09.2024. I rang up and was told a person put down a holding fee, so no there was no miscommunication nor was I told a couple of days, saw the property last week mid week so I gave it a few days. So thank you for the reply, however I was told that someone had put a holding fee down and was also told if they do no proceed within a week can then told about it to try again, only when I called up about the AD. So you have been misinformed of the information I have been given. Awful customer service, put an application in and told you'll be updated. Not only are you not updated but you are then lied to. Instead of having the common decency to tell you whether or not your successful you have to find out by the ad being removed. If this is how they handle vetting processes I would hate to think how they actually manage the properties, say for instance you needed repairs. Truly upsetting doesn't begin to describe how this is. I am appalled at how the Agent handled this and hope no one else has to go through that kind of jumping through hoops for a simple answer, do not string people along just because you can't give someone upsetting news. I would have been fine being told sorry you are unsuccessful but to have no information and to find out via the ad being taken down is appalling

4th Oct 2024 (19 days ago)Ben acted as my estate agent after using a larger firm from Lincoln, who clearly weren't bothered or motivated and didn't listen to instruction and failed me. Walters produced a professional sales brochure and was happy to tweak if needed. They are happy to work as a team yet independently with common sense when needed. Ben was personable and professional with an unusual property to sell. As predicted it wasn't the quickest sale but after the first flurry and then a little nudge, Ben was back on it and secured the sale of my Dads bunglow. He was always reachable and as a smaller family firm I m guessing each sale is important for them too. This didn't mean he was therefore happy to sell at any price like his competitors. He worked in my best interest, and I felt advised well and I would happily recommend for any other clients to trust him to do the same for them. I don't blow smoke and am very honest with feedback. (Hence not naming the bigger firm) Pay that little bit more to get a far better service. Thank you Ben and team, i hope you know how much it meant to me to be able to trust in you particularly with other things happening around me. Thank you from the bottom of my ??
