2nd Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)From an initial flurry of activity with adding the product to their listings and organising the marketing things drifted, communication got less and less. Whilst the economy is difficult I expected more.

2nd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)What i didnt like about Park Row was that they wanted to keep reducing my house value each week, I didn't let them, but I felt pressured to do so. As soon as my contract was up I changed estate agents and my house sold quite quickly for what I wanted. Communication was good however.

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

From start to finish their service has been amazing, with great communication and attention to detail, within the first week with the first clients it had SOLD. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Prices are the same as the other estate agencies, but they seem to make a difference in the service and sales. Worth giving them a call if you are thinking of selling your home.

Were very good at pointing out all the highlights of the property we might have missed on first viewing and weren't pushy at all. Did a great day of sorting out a day of viewing other properties at our request and created a easy to manage schedule with very friendly agents. When came to purchase the house they were quick to respond to all messages and were a great link to the developers and helped guide us to get something that suited both parties. Did a great job in moving in day to get us over the line linking in closely with solicitor, developers and smoothing over last minute issues. Thank you very much Leanna and Jordan

He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.
