Specifically from Georgie Collins who was so responsive, so understanding and very approachable. I would highly recommed this team at Grossgates. I owe Georgie a wine for sure. She is amazing she went above and beyond at every turn!
24th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)I had a terrible experience with this letting agency. My stepdaughter and her friends rented a student property, and throughout their tenancy, maintenance issues were completely ignored. The agency was impossible to get hold of, leaving the property in poor condition for months. At the end of the tenancy, they unjustly withheld the deposit, forcing the girls to go through the Deposit Protection Scheme to get it back. Thankfully, the scheme sided with them today, but it makes me wonder how many other students this agency is exploiting, hoping they won't fight back. Avoid at all costs!
16th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Worst agents ever met. The house is totally a mess when we moved in. Quite dirty everywhere. We have to ask for leave to clean the house. The agent promised to find someone to help us clean the kitchen, repair the toilets, clean the carpet and sofa. However, no one shown up till now. We have moved in two weeks. There are no chairs for the kitchen table. We have to stand in the kitchen for each meal. It is ridiculous.
23rd Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Knowledgeable estate agent with good understanding of local market. Valuation was spot on with offer received within 2 days. Advertising material was very good. Communication with staff members was good. Estate Agent did not always provide updates via Property Portal thus requiring chaser phone calls that could have been avoided. Fair value for money as prooerty sold so quickly and they had little work to do. Even had to conduct our own viewings as staff not available at appointment times.
