8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Tom and the team at Stephensons handled our purchase of a property and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Stephensons went above and beyond to work with us and were available at all times to help and update us. There were a few solicitor issues along the way (nothing to do with Stephensons or us) and Stephensons communicated throughout, were understanding of both parties situations, and ultimately made sure everyone was happy at the end of things. Thank you Tom for all the help and hard work, we love our new home and would definitely recommend you to any friends or family looking to move in the area.

Josh was so kind, helpful and insightful when helping me and my partner find a property. He was happy to listen and offer advice, he was light hearted and funny and made the experience very stress free! The guy has a great sense of humour and is so quick at getting back in touch with any information you may need! 23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)Knowledgeable estate agent with good understanding of local market. Valuation was spot on with offer received within 2 days. Advertising material was very good. Communication with staff members was good. Estate Agent did not always provide updates via Property Portal thus requiring chaser phone calls that could have been avoided. Fair value for money as prooerty sold so quickly and they had little work to do. Even had to conduct our own viewings as staff not available at appointment times.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)I want to share my exit experience with Martin and co. My tenancy agreement came to an end so by mistake I paid my full month rent of 625 in advance. I have called their office two times and they said the concerned is not available and will be available in sometime and will arrange a call back which I never received. I have personally messaged the concerned person and call him too never got a call back till now. Please be aware there tone and customer experience changes it was different when you give them money and it is different when you leave the property.

2nd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)What i didnt like about Park Row was that they wanted to keep reducing my house value each week, I didn't let them, but I felt pressured to do so. As soon as my contract was up I changed estate agents and my house sold quite quickly for what I wanted. Communication was good however.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

24th Feb 2024 (22 weeks ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)They rented an apartment in Selby which was equipped with a washing machine. The property has old style windows which cannot be opened. The washing machine broke, engineer said it was beyond repair. Jigsaw wanted me to buy a new myself, hence breaching a legally binding contract. No reduction in rent. When moved out, they wanted to charge cleaning the windows. These double-glazed windows had mold between the glasses and apparently wanted me to break the glass to clean them. There was mold because the ventilation was substandard and the whole apartment a health risk due to the mold exposure. This is how they treat customers.

Howard is a consummate professional and achieved a sale in a week and over the asking price. The marketing of the property was superb and having experienced other agents in connection with my purchase I have to say that Howard stands head and shoulders above them. Use Ewemove - you will not regret it!
