10th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I strongly recommend estate agent Manchester for all who looking for a trust able, excellent service. No words to describe my gratitude towards estate agent Manchester. They are excellent, trust worthy, and 100% professional. The most important thing is they are always available via email and calls, They are responded within 15 minutes and efficient services for maintenance. Always found better plans for customers and make it everything on time.. Much appreciated the efforts of the whole team especially Robert and Danny for their ongoing support and dedication.
30th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.

She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.

Company has been around since the nineties Lawrence is a past master knows the city knows the properties and has been there longer than any other so my respect is 109% Genuine honest approach easy talking and accurate pricing look nowhere else

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

17th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!
1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

Suggest to avoid buying properties/ renting via this agent if you are landlord/ tenant. Unpleasant experience.
19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs
5th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Stayed in Sun House for my masters year and my room was great, absolute steal for the price compared to a lot of rentals. Also very on the ball with maintenance issues, problems were usually dealt with the same day (sometimes within the hour). I recently had some post sent there by mistake by a family member and emailed the office, they were happy to forward it to me at no charge! Really appreciate it guys thank you!
14th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We were about 5 minutes late for a viewing because of the traffic when I managed to reach them on phone. I apologised and said we'd be there soon. They said the agent only waits 10 minutes, so they have to speak to him. After another 5 minutes they called me back and said the agent already left for another viewing. My wife was literally next to the house but as no-one was there,it was dark already and she didn't know which house it is without any lights. I told them it took us around 1.5 hours to get there with our 1yo baby and I don't think this is fair. We'd been still in the property even if we were on time. The agent finally came back and showed the house. He said he already changed his shoes as he was wearing a flip-flop because he went went home.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. On top of this she was a pleasure to work with and absolutely determined to get the best possible outcome for her client. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Private Realtor.
