Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 18th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)One of the worst companies - a young lady came to present viewing of the flat, what she did was only to open the doors. That's it. She didn't know anything about the flat. She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I was struggling recently to secure flat due to the over saturated market. The team were very on the point, fast and efficient and went above and beyond unlike other letting agents I had contacted. Reference to Daniel who was ace throughout the process.
14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Contacted within 24 hours of an enquiry about a property for sale even though it had just gone under offer, I was given a video tour to see if I wanted to make an offer too. Great friendly service and advice from Esther so far impressed in comparison with some other estate agents. Who are apparently “good” in Manchester. This company is excellent ????.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Waste your time letting you view properties they will not rent to you if you receive housing benefit. Instead of pretending to not discriminate , just be upfront and deny a viewing . Also was told properties went to other viewers and they are both still advertised 2 months later . Since you have replied I'd like to add you stated in emails that either id pay 1 year upfront or require a gurentour. I have no debts and a 914 credit report . You only accept benefits with either one of those conditions as you stated via email .

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!

The first buyer backed out and Anthony Leach was extremely professional and helpful to do everything to get us another buyer and also to coax the deal to completion as quickly as possible. The rest of the team was also great. I would definitely use them again if I was selling.

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)First off, good experience overall and I'd have happily posted 4.5 if Google had allowed it. For speed and attention, we’re glad we chose to use an independent agent rather than a national one. We’d consider using them again in future. Service used: just the tenancy find What they did well: James said at the first meeting that he was confident they could find a tenant within 1.5 weeks. And they did! 10 out of 10 for the most important marker. Also, the 3D filming/photo/ad were all done within 2 days. Top efficiency. Poppy then followed up on most of the rest and was always quick to respond and to the point. Where they could improve: As it was our first time using an agent / using their online system, they would do well in perhaps explaining a bit more about the process / system, what we needed to do, etc..
