18th Dec 2018 (5 years ago)RedDoor have given a faultless service in the sale of this house. Unlike some estate agents they have kept me fully informed throughout and have liaised proactively with my solicitors so that I had virtually no 'chasing up' to do. Their knowledge of the sale and rental market in Medway is vast as they also manage rental properties. The team is always friendly and never too busy to return calls promptly or follow up some of my (sometimes) anxious questions. I have used other Medway estate agents and the service from RedDoor has been the best.
16th Jul 2018 (5 years ago)Avoid if you can, as a Tenant everything was ok until I tried to get my deposit back after the tenancy agreement ended. The flat was left very clean and not problems on the check out. Then they asked me an invoice of a professional cleaner that was not on the contract, they wanted to take money from my deposit for not reason. I asked many times for them to explain the problem so I could solve it. But they never did because there was no problem, they just wanted to try to take my deposit for not reason what I find dishonest and unlawful. Luckily, I know my rights and after a couple of letters they had to return the money but it was a waste of time. I think this dishonest company always try to take money from your deposit and if you let them, they will take it all.

14th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Exception personal service, skill and knowledge. Not only did he sell our house within a week, after a previous agent tried for 3 months and only managed 2 viewings, but sold it so someone we really liked and at the right price. Outstanding

We were kept informed throughout the purchase and Paul always responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend Pullens.
17th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)12 weeks on their books not one viewer. Contracted for 10 weeks but when requesting the "For Sale " board to be removed an additional 2 weeks "notice" was demanded. When I informed them that they had 10 weeks notice from when contract was signed, it appears it was beyond their comprehension. Are all Estate agents this dodgy?

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
8th May 2024 (8 days ago)I used to think Knight Edmonds were a great breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents, but my recent experience with them has been nothing short of awful. They have done an inaccurate data breach on 3 properties and I have asked 4 times to have it sorted (it still isn't) I have had to chase two or more times for simple things, such as moving pictures around, getting a for sale board up or feedback. It's a shame as when they started they appeared to be great, unsure if they've lost their way or I have been very unlucky with them, but I definitely will not use them in the future!

19th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)First of all, I will begin by commending the Haus Estate agent for their timeliness and their readiness to help out throughout the process of making the move to my present property. The process was a bit daunting and at some point it looked impossible but the reassurance and emotional support, the calmness and empathetic manner of approach and readiness to be of help really made things seamless and overall a worthwhile transition experience.
