Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords
29th Oct 2015 (8 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

I have used De Scotia as both letting and managing agents and they have been very professional. At times they have gone over and above the call of duty. For instance when a tenant had problems with condensation which caused mould spores to form the agent physically showed the tenant how to clean it and advised them on how to prevent it in future. Fantastic service and a very hands on personable team. I would highly recommend De Scotia
23rd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Streets have done a very poor job Of managing my property, communication is very poor,no inspections of my property over the last couple of years,they have not provided me gas safety or electrical certs,I got the property back in a very poor condition, avoid streets like the plague!

13th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

8th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not touch this company! On false advertising relating to the 'service promise' and verbal sales pitch we stupidly signed the contract to sell a property. For minimum service we spent over £6000, which worked out extremely overinflated and extortionate. Despite an appeal, we have been offered £50 goodwill!! The 'investigation' is internal and all we were told is we signed the contract and that DOES NOT include any service. We would have not signed the contract if it had not been for the promised service! They have replaced the rip-off double glazing companies with how they conduct their business!!
One of that staff here really helpful and pleasant.

12th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)We weren't able to get the property BUT i still want to say that out of all the agencies that we used to book house viewing, this is the only one that made a great impression. SARAH listened to what we had to say esp the unique circumstance we had; showed the property and explained it well unlike the other agencies where agents just let you go around but not tell you anything about the property they're showing or once you tell them the circumstances they just refuse to book you for a viewing, Phoenix is not like that. Our circumstances were different as we were looking for a home for our best friend who's moving from another country with 3 little kids and Sarah was the only one compassionate enough to entertain us. She is a great asset to the company! For that alone i'm giving a five star! Thank you! Update: THE WHOLE TEAM IS AMAZING! Sarah, Claire, Lee, Masoud etc. (Hope i'm right with the names) are all extremely helpful. We missed the first house we viewed but a few days later we got a call that they have another property if we were interested, it's a newly refurbished 3 bedroom it wasn't even on the website yet and they helped us all throughout the process until my bff finally moved in. Very good communication and very patient and understanding team!
