A special thank you to Jenna, who supported us through every step of the process, from the first viewing all the way to completion. She was always on time, kept us updated, and was easy to reach whenever we had questions.? Jenna also liaised proactively with both sides’ solicitors to help speed things up and made sure our completion happened on the date we were working towards, which took a lot of stress out of the move.? Overall, Capital Estate Agents Bromley have been professional, friendly and very efficient, and because of Jenna’s hard work we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the area.
25th Nov 2025 (21 days ago)After originally putting my property in the hands of an estate agent in Maidstone for 3 months, I received only one positive viewing, which in the end was unsuccessful. I then approached Simon Miller & Co who were very enthusiastic and helpful in all my dealings with them. Among a number of viewings, there was one which the company followed up and this resulted in a successful sale, my property being sold and completed with 4 months of the original enquiry. As my property had been vacated before Simon Miller took it on, and I have moved away from the area, Jeremy Bancroft and his staff had to take on all the subsequent viewings and always gave me regular and prompt feedback, and their sales progression statistics kept me fully advised as to how things were going. I believe Jeremy and Gemma Reynolds were responsible for most of the viewings, and I was grateful that they kept me informed of progress on each occasion. I was very grateful for their assistance in every way and I would certainly recommend their services to anyone selling their property.

Not only did she take the time to arrange multiple viewings that suited my schedule, but she also offered invaluable advice on mortgages and even helped me find a trusted mortgage advisor. Her communication was always clear and prompt, and she made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and well-supported. I’m extremely grateful for her dedication and professionalism. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! I first met Steven who took the time to explain the purchasing process. He gave me all the facts and helped me realise that buying my own house was completely possible. A great start. As my purchase neared completion, I realised that my solicitor had missed a few important points. This oversight seriously jeopardised my mortgage. This is when Charlotte stepped in. At a time when I was very stressed and fearing I would lose my house, Charlotte took control of the matter. She went above and beyond by liaising with the mortgage provider and the solicitor. She got things straightened out in no time at all. Thanks to Charlotte I went from despair to celebrations ???? I am very happy to say that my mortgage completed last week and I picked up my keys this morning. This would not have been possible without Medway Mortgage Shop. They do fantastic work but they keep it simple. This is because they are amazing at what they do. Another great thing about this company is that they are brilliant at staying in contact throughout the whole process. My phone calls and emails were handled promptly. I never had to wonder where I stood. An excellent service. Whatever your property needs are, Medway Mortgage Shop is the place to go

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

All the trades they used when work needed completing were competitive and their work was always high quality. I have just sold the rental property through them to and they made the whole process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Bluebell for both landlords and sellers. Caroline Ireland

Spoke to Joe at family homes and he out us in touch with Amit Patel and they managed to get us a mortgage, work with our landlord and now we own our home! Joe and Christian were always there to help and afterbyears of trying we finally get to spend Christmas in OUR home.

Make sure the sale went through as quickly as possible. It was not without issues and Johns kindness and experiences in the industry kept me sane throughout the process.

After being outbid on a few places, Eden’s went the extra mile to make sure we were the first to view a property they had in mind for us – a company that genuinely cares. The house was perfect, and thank God everything went through smoothly. We completed two weeks ago now, and the support and communication from the team has been excellent throughout. Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places.
