A special thank you to Jenna, who supported us through every step of the process, from the first viewing all the way to completion. She was always on time, kept us updated, and was easy to reach whenever we had questions.? Jenna also liaised proactively with both sides’ solicitors to help speed things up and made sure our completion happened on the date we were working towards, which took a lot of stress out of the move.? Overall, Capital Estate Agents Bromley have been professional, friendly and very efficient, and because of Jenna’s hard work we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Simon Miller did the property management for me and did a superb job, which took all the stress out managing the property for me. Ten years on we decided to sell, and once again the team, especially Tony and Dan were just so helpful and made the whole process simple and straightforward. So it’s a big thank you and I can confidently recommend the service that they provide. Thank you very much.

The service was excellent from start to finish, with clear communication and regular updates throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Esther, Joe, and Matthew, who were all fantastic and made sure we were kept fully up to date at every stage. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and support really helped make the whole process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and made what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier, especially when we faced a few challenges along the way. Both Charlotte and Steve were extremely supportive and always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, which gave us alot of reassurance as first time buyers. They definitely made buying our first home a positive experience. We couldn’t recommend MMS enough!

I met with Macy and she was incredible! She came in and got a feel of my home and sold it within 2 weeks! She was sooo bubbly and has made my process so smooth. I would recommend wards again and Macy is a credit to the company! Give her a raise! ????- 5th Jan 2026 (12 days ago)We had a positive experience with Wards especially Anna Harding and Barry who helped us so much with our sale and what was a very difficult purchase. Anna regularly called and went above and beyond and Barry kept us informed at every stage. We would definitely recommend.
5th Jan 2026 (12 days ago)Mortgage advisor Audrey and Lisa are a two man team where no question is too silly, no request is too much for them! Amazing, friendly and very good at what they do. They helped navigate the mortgage world with expertise for a couple of first time buyers, and Audrey is very experienced and knowledgeable, and all for free! Helped us massively, could not imagine going through the process without this support.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

John and Jack provided me with information and updates so that I was always in the know with viewings and when a buyer was found, with how the chain was going. No question was too much for them to answer and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, if I decide to sell.

They secured viewings very quickly, and the whole process, from accepting an offer to completion, was just less than 11 weeks - absolutely fantastic.
