9th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)Do not use this branch of Your Move unless you want to be experience constant lip service, “round Robin” Emails that never get responded to, phone calls made by the Manager that never get answered, which begs the question does he actually make them ?. Senior Management promised me that I would receive an apology from the branch regarding comments made about the pitiful amount of commission they would receive implying that it really wasn’t worth their while selling our property …. Well apology never received. I was told on numerous occasions that I can use other agents if I wish. The service received has absolutely floored us.
1st Jan 2026 (16 days ago)Absolutely awful experience with Linda Matthew’s & Co. I’ve been trying to rent a property they’re advertising for months, and it’s been nothing but excuses and silence. Every time I do manage to get a response, I’m told they “can’t get hold of the landlord,” yet the property continues to be advertised. They never answer the phone, ignore messages, and there’s apparently never anyone in the office. I’ve genuinely put more effort into contacting them than they have into doing their job. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I dread to think how they handle anything once papers are signed.
3rd Jan 2026 (14 days ago)Appalling service and a complete lack of support throughout. We were initially drawn in by the sales pitch and positive reviews, however proceeding with Geering & Colyer proved to be a significant mistake. Our property sold within a couple of weeks, after which the pressure began. We received multiple phone calls each week requesting updates and being told that our buyer was anxious. We explained repeatedly that we were actively viewing suitable properties as quickly as possible. Eventually, we had to ask that the constant calls stop, as the process was already stressful enough without feeling harassed due to our buyer’s anxiety. During one of these conversations, our point of contact stated that she herself was stressed. Following this, we requested that all further correspondence be conducted via email. During the two months it took us to secure an onward purchase, there was no support from Geering & Colyer. A key part of their sales pitch was that, once our property had sold, they would actively assist us in finding our next home through their wider network of estate agents. This support never materialised. When we eventually had an offer accepted on our onward property, we discovered—via the selling agent, not Geering & Colyer—that our chain was significantly longer than we had been led to believe. This was critical information that should have been clearly communicated to us. We contacted Geering & Colyer regarding this but received no response. We were later informed by the selling agent of our onward purchase that the chain had collapsed, again without any communication from Geering & Colyer. Multiple attempts to contact them went unanswered. We subsequently requested that our property be removed from their database, as we would be listing with a different agent. It took three days for them to respond, and this was limited to a confirmation that our request had been actioned, with no apology or acknowledgement to what had happened. In contrast, other estate agents have been far more supportive and proactive throughout the process, including providing information on properties listed with competing agents.- 17th Dec 2025 (4 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents in Chatham. They helped me find tenants for my rooms on Lester Road and handled everything with great professionalism. The team was responsive and knowledgeable and made the entire letting process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated how efficiently they matched my rooms with suitable tenants, ensuring my property was well taken care of from the start. If you're looking for reliable and professional agents in Chatham, Mann Sales and Letting Agents come highly recommended. Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

Darren and Henry were fantastic from start to finish and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. They handled all of the viewings professionally and sensitively, which made what could have been a stressful time feel straightforward and well managed. Their communication, support, and attention to detail made the whole process really simple. Thank you both for an excellent service.

23rd Dec 2025 (25 days ago)First home buyers - during the process of making an offer, Wards in Chatham will want to be your best friends and send you various emails about fantastic customer service and support they will offer throughout the process. Don’t be fooled. 7 months of hardly returning our calls or emails when asking for updates or support. I was even told we were one of many cases they are dealing with when asking politely for updates, which basically meant ours did not particularly matter. When the day finally arrived to collect our keys, there was not even a congratulations in branch, just a soggy white envelope with some keys in. I’m not usually one to give reviews, but I feel purchasing a home is a massive part of our lives, especially first time buyers, and the experience could not have been worse. Support independent agents.
21st Jul 2025 (5 mo. ago)We have just sold our property via Hunters, it was a slog of a sale as it fell through a couple of times. Hunters were amazing at every step, the chain collapsing twice was nothing to do with their service or vetting of the buyers. Each time they jumped straight on the marketing and communication and had viewings and offers within a few days. They always kept us in the loop and provided excellent service. As a seller I would highly recommend We also purchased the house we’ve just sold through them too (that’s why we chose them), so I can also recommend them from a buyers side too Our agent created a WhatsApp group between us so we could be kept in close contact re viewings and offers (so didn’t need to wait until we could take a call), this was super handy
11th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Due to our house being sold as part of a Trust, we were given Evolution as our nominated Estate Agents. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

13th Jan 2026 (4 days ago)Utterly incompetent – financially damaging and untrustworthy I am a landlord and Acorn are, without question, the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence has cost me thousands of pounds, endless stress, and complete loss of trust. They “highly recommended” tenants for one of my properties and pushed them through a no-deposit scheme, reassuring me everything was suitable and properly vetted. Those tenants went on to destroy the property, leaving me with a huge repair bill and absolutely no deposit to claim. I was left carrying the full financial burden due to Acorn’s poor advice, lack of due diligence, and failure to properly explain the risks involved. Communication was beyond unacceptable. Charlotte Elkins and Joy Davis were consistently evasive, avoided phone calls, failed to respond for days, and only provided critical information after it was too late to do anything about it. Information was regularly wrong, incomplete, or contradicted later. I was repeatedly misled and left to pick up the pieces. For an agent charging management fees, they offered no management. I had to chase constantly, correct their mistakes, and effectively do their job for them. When problems arose, accountability disappeared — excuses replaced action. As a direct result of this ongoing incompetence and financial damage, I have systematically removed every property I possibly can from Acorn’s control. I would not trust them to manage a shed, let alone a rental property. If you are a landlord considering Acorn: don’t. Poor communication, poor advice, poor tenant selection, and zero responsibility when things go wrong. Using them has been an expensive lesson I won’t repeat.

They genuinely want the best for their clients and their level of client service is impressive ???? Our house sale had its hurdles and every time Kayleigh and Stewart were incredible problem solvers. They always came to us with a solution which was a huge relief for us. We would recommend them to anyone!

10th Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again.
