I can honestly say they were just as good with this process and kept me updated all the way through. Everyone that I dealt with at the branch was brilliant. Cannot fault them one bit.

Andrew at Simon Miller was exactly what we needed, from his first valuation to the day of completion. And the Simon Miller team behind him ensured that every aspect of the process went smoothly. Professional, friendly and highly recommended.

30th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Haven't used the estate agent services but we received three pages of "higher value homes Q3 update" which we did not request, no consideration for the environment sending so much unsolicited paper correspondence. ????

9th May 2025 (9 days ago)Our whole experience with Fine & Country in West Malling has been exceptional. From the first contact right through to concluding a successful sale of my late parents property F&C were professional, organised, responsive and gave us excellent advice. The whole team worked very well together and with us, but of particular note: Michael was incredibly helpful and supportive on how to handle negotiations with prospective purchasers and a great sounding board to bounce strategic ideas off. Emma and Alison were excellent, managing the operational aspects of the sale, conducting viewings, and keeping us fully informed of all communications with prospective purchasers and the counterparty’s lawyers. We simply could not have had a better experience than we did.

Anne's persistent follow-up and professionalism were instrumental in my decision to work with Rob as my mortgage advisor. Rob's expertise and guidance have been outstanding throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this team for their dedication, expertise, and exceptional customer service! Well done!
21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Very poor customer service, not at all reliable. Being a first time buyer we had many concerns and quires. They didnt even try to understand that.Evenafter realising and visualising seroius issues on a property tried to push for sale . Kate was the one who atleast was approachable . Received very arrogant attitude from other staff. Would not recommend for buyers,especially first time buyers.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

John had checked the Land Registry before our first meeting. He provided much statistical data re local sales. He showed recent sales information. At no time did I feel under pressure. The experience was focused on me and my wishes.
31st Jan 2025 (15 weeks ago)Contacted Eden Estates after download from GetAgent provided me with a list of local estate agents. I selected this agent as was happy with statistics of finding quick buyer turnarounds. A senior official (Jeff) arrived as arranged to my property, timely on the date and time previously arranged. He was shown a quick tour of the property, and provided me with a sales figure window, and this was accepted by myself, as it was close to the figure I had in mind. He also provided me with local history of selling in the area, and other useful information ie, sales patterns and offers from clients,local solicitors. He also informed me of their charges, which I believe to be competetive with other local agents. From his visit, he arranged for their nominated photographer to come in order to capture full measurements, detailed description of the property, and photos. This was done on the Saturday, and by the Monday, Geoff had arranged for a sales board to be erected outside, and the property displayed on their website and associated retail sites eg Zoopla Right move. During the first few days, I had many interested clients, and Geoff had arranged with me to provide a house key and present showings at agreed times between Eden estates and prospective clients. This was done, and useful feed back was given following the majority of viewings. A client has made an offer, which was initially rejected by myself, a counter offer was made, and an agreed purchase price was done with a purchaser. All throughout this quick process, I was kept informed of any updates. I would thoroughly recommend this agent, as they have successfully found a buyer for my property in just over a weeks duration, and feel that the service provided by ALL the staff in the branch was informative, polite, and useful. Note: The photography and description provided was second to none, and was to able to fully justify the layout of the rooms, informative descriptions etc.
10th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Typical estate agent. Do half a job to earn a living. Don't know what's going on pretty much most of the time. Told by kieran & some regional manager sale had been finalised on 2 different occasions to then be told there solicitors are not ready. Avoid the truth at all costs. After sale care what is that! Would not recommend Acorn and estate agent (Kieran)

They dealt with any issues promptly and efficiently, they listened to everything that I said I wanted in a property and found it for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would recommend anyone to use them, they were brilliant.
9th May 2025 (9 days ago)Approached House Sales Direct as I was struggling to sell my house (3 bed Semi) with my local estate agent. I received a valuation the same day and signed up. My property was sold within a month! How my existing agent couldn't do this but House Sales Direct could I don't know. Least to say I was over the moon.
31st Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.

When ever I need to ask something or need a help with the property she was always there for us and really responsive with everything. Thank you very much for Kayleigh and Stewart. It was really nice to work with them. Highly recommend them! Thank you very much again for The KS Property!!
