   ?Not the best experience with brown and merry Woburn sands. I've viewed many properties with them, most of which were late, and a couple of times they didn't turn up at all until I called and asked if someone was coming 15–20 minutes after the appointment time. I had my property up for sale with them last year. It's now 5 months later, and it's still listed on Rightmove besides being asked multiple times to take it down. The advertising compared to other estate agents is very poor. Regular turn over of staff. Mostly very young and inexperienced staff that didn't have the answer to our questions. They tried to charge me an extortionate amount at first to sell my property but haggled them to less than half of the originally quoted number, yet if you call a much better local estate agent down the road they will straight away quote you their price no attempts to fleece money out of you (this was much lower than brown and merry with a wholly better experience) I could go on and on, but I'll sum it up as an all-round bad experience and highly recommend people avoid them, especially selling your property with them. We ended up going with the local estate agent mentioned earlier which was a much better and professional experience.... Read more

    I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!... Read more
