They were great to work around my work schedule setting up a valuation and extremely professional when photographing my property. From the beginning, they were helpful and kept me in the loop constantly. The housing market is slow right now, but they stuck with the plan and were successful in the end.
11th May 2023 (1 year ago)We have recently found a property to rent via Jackson Stops and the service we have received from Simon Roberts has been second to none, Simon is very professional and engaging. From the first meet, to the handling of paperwork, the process has been effortless and stress free, We have both struggled with estate agents in the past and dreaded the whole process, however Simon has been amazing and completely changed our perception, he carried out the whole process from start to finish in a professional, highly knowledgeable manner with nothing ever being too much to ask. Simon had vast knowledgeable on the property we were viewing and knew the local area very well. We thought that all of the marketing from Jackson Stops had been prepared to a very high standard and much better than anything else we had seen produced other agents. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions, we felt we had the perfect amount of time to view the house, think about the property & even go back for a second viewing without the worry of it being snatched away, Simon gave us the reassurance we needed. Every telephone call was answered by the team in the office, every message has been passed on and every phone call has been returned without fail, Simon kept us informed throughout the process answering our questions and queries efficiently and accurately. Would highly recommend Jackson Stops, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon Roberts Harley & Paul.

18th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.
29th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!
