12th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Overall our experience working with Michael Anthony was positive, there were a couple of times where we weren’t receiving feedback after the viewings from them, but once we raised this they then ensured they got back to us in a timely manner after that. We didn’t always agree with their approach to pricing but we didn’t feel any pressure to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Dani and Derek were great to work with and we are happy with the sale we achieved.- 12th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Sold the house in two weeks at the top valuation! Kept me informed at every step . 11th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)We have recently found a property to rent via Jackson Stops and the service we have received from Simon Roberts has been second to none, Simon is very professional and engaging. From the first meet, to the handling of paperwork, the process has been effortless and stress free, We have both struggled with estate agents in the past and dreaded the whole process, however Simon has been amazing and completely changed our perception, he carried out the whole process from start to finish in a professional, highly knowledgeable manner with nothing ever being too much to ask. Simon had vast knowledgeable on the property we were viewing and knew the local area very well. We thought that all of the marketing from Jackson Stops had been prepared to a very high standard and much better than anything else we had seen produced other agents. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions, we felt we had the perfect amount of time to view the house, think about the property & even go back for a second viewing without the worry of it being snatched away, Simon gave us the reassurance we needed. Every telephone call was answered by the team in the office, every message has been passed on and every phone call has been returned without fail, Simon kept us informed throughout the process answering our questions and queries efficiently and accurately. Would highly recommend Jackson Stops, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon Roberts Harley & Paul.

15th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)TW were instructed at the second agent after I felt my original agent was not getting the results the house merited. Their marketing materials much better and viewing feedback and Street Platform better than of the other agent. Overall please, and whilst not achieved the desired asking price, this was more down to market circumstances, I am pleased with the Taylor Walsh agency

23rd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Ivor has been a nightmare from the start. I would not advise anyone to use this estate agent. He ignores requests, has next to no customers, constantly pushes very aggressively to get a seller to drop and drop the price so he can earn commission quickly. He is very unprofessional and made many mistakes when listing that I had to inform him of time and again. My advice Avoid!
6th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????
18th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.
29th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
