10th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. They were able to take us through a very long new sale and we’re not only friendly but very professional too . Both Sue and Kieran were always there either on the phone or via email . Whatever we asked of them they always came back the same day . We always felt assured that they were making sure things stayed in track . We would highly recommend them to anyone. If we dare we’re to move again we would not hesitate to use Penrose .Thank you so much !!!

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home.
