10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

I’ve been working with James and the Wilson Peacock team for a significant amount of time now, and I can’t express enough how fantastic they have been. Their support, professionalism, and the way they facilitate everything have been exceptional. I manage multiple rental properties, and although I don’t use their full managed services, I rely on them to find tenants. I’ve always been proud to have Wilson Peacock —and especially James Richens.—supporting my property portfolio. They’ve consistently helped me secure the right tenants and have played a key role in enabling my growth over the years. They do a fantastic job, and I will continue to recommend Wilson Peacock and James without hesitation for anything related to property management or tenant sourcing. THANK YOU JAMES and TEAM

16th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is my first time renting a property and the second I walked into Homelink I was greeted with a very warm welcome by all the staff. After a short conversation with Inaya and MR Azad the we proceeded to fill out the paperwork. This was very professional and very quick. I thought I would take an hour but it was so much faster. After all the staff congratulated me and gave me a nice welcome box with discounts and a few treats. I have had no issues and the staff are very supportive. Thank you to everyone at Homelink for making this transition so stress free.
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

Either the properties were over budget or too far away, so the process became quite frustrating. When I first met Joshua from Kirkby Diamond, I initially went to view a different yard. After discussing my needs with him, he quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me another yard that was absolutely perfect, the right location, the right size, and within budget. What I appreciated the most was his constant professional communication. He always replied to emails promptly and kept everything clear and well-organised throughout the process. A true professional. If Kirkby Diamond has more people like Joshua, I can confidently recommend them. If you are looking to rent or purchase a commercial property, this company is definitely top-tier.

20th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)My experience with Absolute Agents in Bedford was highly disappointing, particularly when it came to getting my deposit back. Despite maintaining the property in excellent condition and adhering to all guidelines, they unfairly deducted a significant portion of my deposit for issues that were either exaggerated or simply fabricated. It felt as though they were looking for any excuse to take money from me, regardless of whether the claims were valid. Communication was also frustrating, with the agents being evasive and uncooperative when I tried to dispute the charges. It became clear that they prioritize taking as much from tenants as possible over being fair or reasonable
