28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Home by name and home by nature. My dealings with Home Estate Agents has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. I was shown around the property by Rob who was very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. After making an offer on the property Rob handled negotiations between myself and the sellers and made sure that we had come to a reasonable agreement where all parties were happy. Once the offer had been accepted Ash was handling my case who was absolutely brilliant, giving me regular updates, chasing solicitors and helping to move the process along. A lot of people including myself dread dealing with estate agents as there doesn't seem to be any level of customer service in the world of today however, I cannot recommend Home Estate Agents enough as they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond for you to make sure that your sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of Home Estate Agents and their impeccable service during a process that can be very stressful, they put you at ease and always do their best by you. He communicated clearly, responded promptly to any questions I had, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Shahid was also very approachable and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled properly (can’t forget the Sunday fix ??????). His attention to detail and commitment to providing a good service really stood out.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Shahid and Right Homes Bedford to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent. Excellent service from start to finish!

Daniel, Ryan and their team were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the local housing market. We especially valued the clear communication and regular updates on progress. Importantly for us, there was no drama and our property was sold for the price that Daniel told us it would sell for, so we were very pleased with the service. We would have no hesitation in using Inskip & Davie again in the future and to recommend to others.

One thing that stood out for us was how quickly she responds to emails, and also how on the pulse she was when chasing our solicitor. She made things happen much faster than they would have otherwise. Her urgency and professionalism along with her wealth of knowledge makes her stand out from the rest. We highly recommend Anna.
29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold our property in Great Barford using Cooper Wallace, and from start to finish they have all been fantastic!<br>Ben was brilliant coming round to value the house and take excellent photos.<br>Nicole provided flawless communication regarding viewings and prompt feedback.<br>Jemma kept us perfectly updated with regular progress reports on the sale.<br>A special mention has to go to David, though. At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! His hard work and dedication enabled us to secure our forever home.<br>Thank you, Cooper Wallace! We would highly recommend these guys if you are ever thinking of putting your house on the market.

6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.

Gary, James and the whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and did an excellent job of selling our house.<br><br>They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept up to date, which made what can be a very stressful time feel so much easier.<br><br>A special mention has to go to the photographer. The quality of the photographs was outstanding and really showcased our home beautifully.
