Communication was easy and efficient, and he made everything much simpler for us. We really appreciated his support and would definitely recommend him and the team Your Move Bedford .

He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

6th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)Home was my 4th estate agent. I had very disappointing experiences with the previous three, even though they were all 'big', well-known firms. Home was personally recommended to me, and I am delighted that I listened to that advice. Home was the only agency that listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve, then worked diligently to get that result for me. I have found that Rob and Ash provide a service which is both professional and personal, and at a reasonable cost. Great communication and transparency at all times. They succeeded in getting my sale over the line! I have recommended them to all my friends.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!
17th Nov 2025 (9 weeks ago)Michael took over managing our property when the previous manager left and looked after us when we vacated the property, he walked us through the process behind recovering our deposit and fairly reviewed our property allowing us full deposit to be returned. He helped reassure us the process and left us feeling confident of our position and is a great reflection of Northwood.
7th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)We have used Michael Graham to purchase our new home and have been dealing with Hannah Rogers, who has been amazing, dealing with all of our queries efficiently and professionally and ensuring that the transaction was smooth from start to finish. During a very stressful and difficult time and having encountered many letting agents that simply did not understand what they were doing. Anna was a breath of fresh air! She was empathetic, super Professional and knows EXACTLY what she is doing. I have to say also the whole team at Bedford were fantastic. Kali, Anabelle and Kim have the same level of professionalism, efficiency and knowledge . Can't recommend them all highly enough. Also for any landlords looking for an outstanding property management team look no further! They respect your investment as much as they do your tenants and you will have no problems in securing good ones! 10/10 *********

The team at Urban and Rural exceeded and managed to secure a sale in line with our expectations and more importantly, efficiently. From start to finish, the whole experience of buying our house was smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable, which is not something you hear often when it comes to house buying! The entire team were incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful at every stage. No question ever felt silly, and they were always happy to explain things clearly and patiently. Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept in the loop the whole time and never felt left wondering what was happening next. Emails and calls were answered quickly, and everything was explained in a straightforward way that made the process feel far less overwhelming. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel supported and informed. What really stood out was how stress free they made everything feel. Buying a house can be daunting, but Fry Estate Agents handled everything so efficiently that it took a huge weight off our shoulders. They were well organised, proactive, and clearly very experienced, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. On top of that, the customer service was genuinely excellent. You never feel like just another buyer they actually care and take the time to make sure everything runs smoothly. 5th Jan 2026 (12 days ago)They may be a good estate agent but absolutely useless at maintaining our property which they took over in 2025. Our first and olny issue reported was a simple request to clean gutters to prevent further damage to the block that they manage. Got no response to EMails, they don't pick up the phone & give no commitment to timescales to resolve maintenance issues. They are however very good at collecting their fees every month.

Tera has been professional, responsive, and clear throughout, keeping me well informed at every stage. What I particularly appreciate is the balanced approach—looking after both the property and the tenants’ needs in a fair and practical way. Issues were explained clearly, options and costs were presented transparently, and works were arranged promptly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the level of service and would confidently recommend Tera and the Martin & Co Bedford team to other landlords.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their calm professionalism made the whole experience so much better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Waldens as the place to go if you want genuine support and outstanding services.

From our very first visit to the property, he was fantastic at communicating with us, promptly facilitating a second viewing and acting as an open and reliable point of communication between ourselves as buyers and the sellers. Adam remained professional and friendly throughout what turned into a much longer process than originally planned. He, along with the wider Lions team, was always honest about timescales and kept us well informed about what was happening further up the chain, which we really appreciated. We love our new home and would absolutely recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

18th Dec 2025 (30 days ago)I would highly recommend Fitzjohn Estates when looking for an estate agent to sell your home for you. Toby and Robert were very friendly, efficient and professional from start to finish of our selling journey. Communications were always instant and helpful. Beth, took the photographs and made a fabulous video of our house. She did a wonderful job of making sure our house looked light and spacious. Thank you Beth. We originally listed our property with another agent and quickly learnt that this was a huge mistake due to poor communication, poor photography and little interest from the market. We should have gone with Fitzjohn in the first place as I’m sure we would have sold a lot faster and not wasted any time! Thank you to Toby and Robert for looking after the sale of our home, we will recommend you to anyone in need of an agent in the future.
