Selling my house was such a smooth and stress-free experience, thanks to their professionalism and incredible support. They kept everything moving in a timely manner and made me feel valued and informed every step of the way. The team were friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. If you’re looking for an estate agent that delivers outstanding results and service, this is the one. Absolutely brilliant!
8th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Instructed Peter Heron to market by 2 bed apartment. Initially there were very few viewings and when I rang to query this I was told that I had it on the market at too high a price and asked if I wanted to reduce the asking price! At this point in time my property had only been on the market for less than a month!! I persevered and after a couple of months did reduce the asking price but still not much interest. The final straw was them marketing the flat next door to me in the same block for £10k less than my property. No courtesy heads up on this, and when I expressed my unhappiness they weren't interested, so I gave notice to remove my property from the market. I did look into whether this was a conflict of interests and apparently it can be viewed as such. Amazingly I started getting viewings, but these viewers were also viewing the lower priced neighbouring flat. Problem now was the inability of Peter Heron to obtain any feedback from these viewers except for a small minority, despite Peter Heron staff actually providing accompanied viewings for these viewers. That flat has now sold as it was reduced by a further £10k (landlord owned so able to take a lower price) so I assume they were able to gather feedback successfully for that property, and annoyingly when I went to retrieve my keys from them and mentioned that it was impossible to sell my flat with such a big price difference they were again uninterested and didn't even tell me that the neighbouring flat had been sold that day. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

27th Feb 2026 (17 days ago)The journey of selling our family home of 23+ years through WalkersXchange couldn't have gone better. Right from the get go they were engaged with our property, amenable to our requests and willing to go the extra mile. The quality of the photography made us consider wanting to put in an offer for our home! We were actually away on holiday during the sale of our home (it took just two weeks to have a confirmed sale) but John did a fantastic job of showing people around the property even looking after a little one in the garden so her parents had time to look around without distraction. John's advice was also invaluable when we came to 'best and final' offers. The support did not stop at the memorandum of sale but continued with frequent communication throughout the whole of the selling process and WalkersXchange provided an excellent liaison between us and the buyers. Thank you to all of you for making this often complex journey so pain free; we have highly recommended you to friends and family.

18th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with Pattinsons. The initial valuation was too high and therefore did not generate any interest. I had to keep contacting them even though they said they would keep me posted. Very disappointing .

Rachel and Victoria from the team were so helpful, I dont think I would have got to the end of the sale without their support.
