Selling my house was such a smooth and stress-free experience, thanks to their professionalism and incredible support. They kept everything moving in a timely manner and made me feel valued and informed every step of the way. The team were friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. If you’re looking for an estate agent that delivers outstanding results and service, this is the one. Absolutely brilliant!
8th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Instructed Peter Heron to market by 2 bed apartment. Initially there were very few viewings and when I rang to query this I was told that I had it on the market at too high a price and asked if I wanted to reduce the asking price! At this point in time my property had only been on the market for less than a month!! I persevered and after a couple of months did reduce the asking price but still not much interest. The final straw was them marketing the flat next door to me in the same block for £10k less than my property. No courtesy heads up on this, and when I expressed my unhappiness they weren't interested, so I gave notice to remove my property from the market. I did look into whether this was a conflict of interests and apparently it can be viewed as such. Amazingly I started getting viewings, but these viewers were also viewing the lower priced neighbouring flat. Problem now was the inability of Peter Heron to obtain any feedback from these viewers except for a small minority, despite Peter Heron staff actually providing accompanied viewings for these viewers. That flat has now sold as it was reduced by a further £10k (landlord owned so able to take a lower price) so I assume they were able to gather feedback successfully for that property, and annoyingly when I went to retrieve my keys from them and mentioned that it was impossible to sell my flat with such a big price difference they were again uninterested and didn't even tell me that the neighbouring flat had been sold that day. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)

The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Thom, the owner, was especially helpful throughout. He took the time to answer all of our questions, addressed every concern promptly, and made sure we felt supported at every stage. He is genuinely lovely, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. We are very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Hunters to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly estate and letting agent. ??????????

19th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market. They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it. 19th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)In my honest and truthful opinion, I had a negative experience with Bedebrooke - without naming names. I found there to be an undercurrent of rudeness within their communications, and if someone asked me if I would personally recommend them, I'd decline to do so.

Rachel and Victoria from the team were so helpful, I dont think I would have got to the end of the sale without their support. The whole team stayed in regular contact with me and after a terrible experience with the solicitor, who I never spoke to once, Rachel and her team became my main source of information and communication.
