As time went by not so enthusiastic Our house was on the market for quite a few months with no offers We asked them to take it off the market. Two weeks later they still have house on the market. Was not impressed and still waiting for reason house was not taken off the market even though I spoke to them on the phone and emailed our instructions. Not a happy customer

What I found was a completely contrasting experience, with excellent customer service and superb attentive staff that led to the successful sale of my home for the asking price Would not hesitate to use RMS again and a huge well done to the team at Bedlington

Rook Matthews Sayers were also brilliant and so friendly throughout the buying process and there was constant communication. Brilliant service all round

It seems that their only interest is finding ways to avoid refunding my deposit. Secondly, I moved house during the pandemic and was advised to isolate. I contacted Armstrong to discuss possibly sending the keys through the post or having them pick them up from the property. This request was made because they had previously stated they would inspect the property on the last day of my tenancy. However, they insisted that the keys must be dropped off in person at their office by the last day of my tenancy. They mentioned that failure to do so would result in an additional month's rent charge.
3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)They are a very friendly,helpful team,however at times their communication was poor .I was going to remove my home off the market as it had been on for several weeks.Another agent valued it as a bit higher it in the end Hegartys did sell it for me.

My daughter and her husband has been given 2 houses to let that weren't fit for a dog to live in nevermind a couple with young children. It just goes to show that no checks are done on the properties they let out.- 24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)Contact was frequent and lots of possible properties offered. One particular lady in the Blyth office was a bit blunt and off hand at times but certainly wasn’t all of the time. The lady from Cramlington office was much more pleasant and helpful and I def preferred dealing with and speaking to her. She was very positive in attitude for everything
